If I could give it less then one star, I would. Unfortunately when you order from pizza hut, you can't choose the location so we will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. We have given this location multiple opportunities and they have failed every time. This was the last chance. We actually had a free pizza because they messed up last time we ordered so decided to give them another shot, sorry I wasted my time and money. They couldn't deliver just the pizza because there is a minimum of $10 for delivery, so i ordered a couple.sodas. I get a phone call right before delivery that they are out of Pepsi and diet Pepsi so they can't deliver it and they don't have another opt option for diet soda or any cola..... They are right next to a grocery outlet....go get some! So I ask for Mt Dew. The kid delivers our order and has one soda. And they charged me for two, he tells me there is no way to take the charge off and then is unwilling to give us the name of the manager of the location. He said the guy in charge tonight doesn't own the location, and he's about to clock out anyway so won't be there anymore. When I call the location, the phones go directly to a call center in Kansas City and they can't do anything....so they essentially are charging for items they have no intention of providing to me. Oh and lots not even talk about the pizza. We order extra sauce every time and have never gotten extra, let alone hardly any sauce at all....the dough was barely cooked and the crust was really greasy....

Twice now—twice—I’ve used their app to schedule a future delivery, placing my order around 10:30 AM for a 6:00 PM delivery, only to have my pizza show up almost immediately. What’s the point of offering a scheduling feature if you’re just going to ignore it? The app clearly confirms the 6:00 PM delivery time, but apparently, that’s just a suggestion to this location. When I called the store to figure out what was going on, their response was infuriatingly nonchalant: “Well, the pizza’s already in the oven.” Are you kidding me? So, you just decided to cook and send it seven hours early because… why? No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a shrug over the phone. It’s not like I’m asking for rocket science here—just deliver the pizza at the time I requested. This level of incompetence is mind-boggling. The sheer disregard for customers’ needs makes this Pizza Hut a complete joke. If you’re planning to order ahead for a specific time, don’t bother. Apparently, they’ll just yeet your pizza out the door whenever they feel like it. Save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else. Zero...
Read more——-——–(UPDATE) so I ordered from my previous credit. They sent me the wrong order and the pizza wasn’t sliced through. Picked up a slice and the toppings fell off of three slices as a result. What the hell. This particular franchise suffers from some basic oversight. Save yourself the trouble and order delivery from somewhere else. If you do carry out, inspect your pizza before you leave the premises. We as customers, shouldn’t be their quality control.
I’m going to start off by saying that central customer service was awesome. This location severely lacks consistency, both in the food and the customer service. I’ve been ordering here for several years because it’s not like I have a choice. I’ve come to learn the quirks, like no driver ever checks the notes so I have to go outside to meet them, like calling right before so they don’t forget my soda... today takes the cake though.
