This review may be long, but it tells the full story.
TLDR; tenders are good quality but definitely overpriced, and their policy on mistaken orders infuriated me.
Firstly, almost 2 dollars per tender should be robbery since its barely larger than the size of their sauce cup. but lets say that its justified. whatever.
I have been to culvers 6 times at this location. 2/6 were bad visits, so it gets the closest to 33% in stars as I can make it.
The first time I was here, was about a month after opening. The cashier told me that the pretzels dont come with cheese, and I was confused since i looked at the menu board behind him, and it said "pretzels with cheese ... " and pointed that out to this "employee". He insisted that it was printed along with the pretzels menu item because its a recommended addon for them... me, as the sucker he must've took me for, believed him. Lo' and behold 13 minutes later after I had gotten my food, it had two cheese cups in it. I paid for an extra one for no reason. It is not the waste of money, but it was the lack of training and adamance of an employee that peeved me off.
Later - I had order a tender meal. I go home excited to eat them, and I find a grilled sandwhich instead. Okay, they got my order wrong. I would like my tenders, so I made the 30 total minute trip to culvers the same night AGAIN, to try and get my tenders. I go to an employee, and they quickly deduced the same thing - no tenders in the bag. So to remedy the annoyance of not only the BUSINESS getting the order wrong, but the INCONVENIENCE of coming all the way back, to actually get my dinner, they straight up took the sandwhich that was perfectly fine, already in my possession, cold, and couldnt be resold anyways, and THREW IT AWAY. These guys seriously would rather waste food than at least compensate me for their mistake? really? - that sandwhich wouldve been perfectly fine compensation, why go through the trouble of actively taking it and throwing it away. That was a complete waste of food and my time.
The only redeeming factor about this place currently to me is the fact tha t it has some of the higher quality chicken in titusville. I can not knock...

This was my first time dining at Culver’s, and it was a great experience. I arrived around 11:30, beating the lunch rush crowd, and found plenty of parking places. The interior and exterior were clean and professional, and some covered umbrella-tables outside offered an alternative dining option. I also discovered a bike rack near the entrance, which allowed those transporting by bicycle to “park” and enjoy lunch or dinner.
I sampled some of Culver’s most popular offerings to get a “true” experience:
🍔Butter Burger – I discovered that the more “toppings” and “layers” you pile on a Butter Burger, the more it brings out the base-level flavor. I enjoyed the bacon variant, with pickle, lettuce, and cheese, but I removed the onion (a bit too strong for me). The burgers have a “grilled” taste, with a lightly toasted bun adding to the beefy flavor.
🥨Pretzel Bites in Cheese Sauce – A side I would gladly get again (with a serving of custard for a salty-sweet combo!). The bites are a good “sharing size” and offer a crisp but soft texture. The cheese adds a creamy sweetness to the oil-bathed breadiness.
🧀Cheese Curds – These come in portion sizes big enough to split with a friend and (from my observations) use two different cheese fillings (one yellow and one white). They are breaded and taste great dipped in the cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel bites. The cheese is neither “tangy” nor “sour,” and has just the right amount of creamy flavor to be satisfying.
🍦Custard – Culver’s offers chocolate and vanilla daily, but also features a rotating “flavor of the day” (Turtle the day I visited). I would happily go through the drive-through every weekend for a scoop of this stuff! It’s thick like ice cream but fluffy like Cool Whip. A small, single scoop is plenty to leave my sweet tooth satisfied.
Lastly, I was impressed by the interior, which offered various dining options, including high bar-stool style tables, traditional tables (seating anywhere from 2-4 people), and window booths. Service was lightning-quick and the staff...
Read moreI am just going to start by saying I’m from the Midwest and grew up working at a Culver’s in highschool, so I am very well aware of the operations and how the business is typically ran and how things are made. One of my fav things at Culver’s is lemon ice. I’ve ordered it at this location numerous times and sometimes it’s perfect and a lot of times it has been awful. Freezer burnt and gooey. It’s very odd and not good at all. I asked an employee if it’s made fresh daily and they said yes unless there are leftovers then they freeze it and use it the next day… that explains the freezer burnt taste. When you do that it comprises the quality of the product. It no longer has that sorbet consistency.. it becomes icey and not good. Also, Culver’s prides themselves on being fresh and never frozen so that seems weird that you would freeze and use the next day. At the location I worked, we would just melt the leftovers down and run the lemon ice syrup back through the machine the next day that way it’s always fresh but there’s no waste. I am just very disappointed that I’ve gotten such a bad product multiple times now where I haven’t even been able to eat it. Just wanting to let people know to ask if their lemon ice is fresh that day before ordering!
The food has generally been...
