Being in Florida on flying visit from UK I was tasked with finding some Oshkosh Toddler Clothes for my 4 year old Grandson, some Peanut Butter and Choclate snacks for my Wife (she is cheap to run, thankfully and I thought I'd have look see at how much the Levis and Wrangler Jeans are for me. Called in on Tuesday Nov 20 and asked for help in tracking down the Peanut Butter and Choc treats for Wife. An employee from Argentina originally who supports River Plate could not have been more helpful in locating them for me, we spent few minutes talking football or in your case soccer. Other than the fact that he is also a Sunderland follower as his English team he was great, no I joke he was great anyway. A pleasure to deal with. After that I located the Wranglers and used the fitting rooms to ensure a good fit. Be crazy to get back to the UK and they didnt fit, A 4200 mile journey for exchange uuuuuuuuh a bit stupid ! They fitted fine as did the price when compared back home. You folks are lucky buying Wranglers at 25% of UK prices ! I was delighted with my buys and left a happy cap so happy I forgot to retrieve the Reese's Peanut bars but ayoung man (not employee) ran after me in the parking lot with them. What an honest boy, You'll probably not see this but thanks again. So having yesterday made a couple of purchases and checked the exact size of Oshkosh clothing for Grandson I was back in Target selected a few bits from the range in store for Ernie (thats my Garndson) and guess what I treated my self to another 2 pairs of Wranglers at that price be mean not to. Even better news and a big thanks to the Lady on check out, when I went to pay she checked and because I'd spent above a certain amount she gave me another $20.00 off the clothes. How honest was she as I didnt know, so thanks you Mam. I am sorry I didnt know your name but I was the guy that lifted the clear crates from the trolley of the Lady in the line behind when she asked if I could help put them on the till belt, if that doesn't help to identify this very honest and obliging staff member my transaction receipt shows a time of 11.48 am dated 11/21/2108. I don't know if Mr Branson at Virgin Atlantic will be happy when I check in for my Flight home this coming Friday with my excess luggage but hey may have to pop in store and buy a carry on to squeeze some of my buys in come Friday morning. It was a great couple of shopping trips at this Store, all of the Staff I interacted with were helpful, polite and great ambassadors for Target. Very well done and thank you...
Read moreFrom being told they don't know why something isn't ringing up correctly and instead of getting a manager, they tell you to take all your stuff to customer support and wait in line again for another 20 min while that first cashier closes her register down to leave for the night. Good thing she didn't have to get stuck helping me before leaving. Same incident, being told an item doesn't count for a sale yet is in the sale item display and there are multiple of the same item. Having to walk back to the area, get a different item and hope it works. (Huge display, buy 3 get a gift card) Getting back in the only line open now at customer support and one of the cashier's saying I hope you are only doing one of these transactions because it's illegal for me to do more than one to get extra gift cards. I had to tell him no, I just want to know what items will work since them being on display and in the correct area wasn't enough and this is now my 3rd time in line for something that should have taken one. Then I was rushed out the door once I was rung up while trying to gather my things that I had to hand one at a time basically because there isn't a belt at customer support. Then another day coming back to spend more money (my daughters also spending this time as well) and the cashier doesn't acknowledge any one of us, tells me my total and when I reach for the receipt after having one word said to me the whole transaction, she slams it down in front of me and says have a good day in a tone of saying it because she has to. Store is dirty, bathroom is gross, employees look upset, disheveled and it doesn't feel like Target at this location anymore. I could go to the Walmart or Dollar Tree for better service and spend way less. Y'all better get this store back together cause it's gone severely downhill these...
Read moreAfter going into the store today, I feel like this location is being deceitful to their customers. The of the Price tags for the all-in-motion brand items at this location have been removed from every item. There are a few signs that say all in motion shorts and tanks for $20 which is very misleading for the items that are full price. After going to the register today, I didn't question the prices at the register. I knew it was a higher price than I was anticipating to pay but didn't want to hold up the line any longer and went ahead and brought my things to my vehicle. Once I got inside and inspected the receipt I noticed that 80% of the items that I purchased today were full price. I go inside to inspect and make sure that I didn't make a mistake and misread the signs. All the signs are still there. The $20 for all in motion tanks and shorts, no additional signage for any other item which is understandable. But my question is why are you removing the tag prices from all of the all-in-motion items? If they are not $20, why would you remove the tag for an item that is 30 plus dollars and have signs up for $20. Then okay great, if you don't want to honor the price of $20, you need to reprice every item to make sure the full price is listed on the tag. It's very misleading for your customers when they're about to spend hundreds of dollars...
