Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Titusville

I returned to Titusville location at about 1:55 to have part of an online order replaced, the item label was correct but item was not prepared as labeled. I waited for a worker (there were at least 5 present) to acknowledge me, one who was at the counter looked at me and I raised the bag to indicate I had a return and I was ignored. A few moments pass and a different employee brings an unrelated order to the counter, she made eye contact with me and I approached and said excuse me, and she turned around and swiftly walked away without a word while I was still speaking. I get the original employee's attention again, and I place the bag on the counter (he still has yet to actually speak to me) and I begin to explain that I need to replace the item. He says, "what?" a bit loud, so I repeat myself and he interrupts and says "what??" and then removes a wireless ear bud from his ear. I explain the problem and he says nothing and walks away with it and gives it to someone else to remake. Almost ten minutes later, I get the replacement. At no time was an apology offered nor was the inconvenience for their mistake acknowledged. I did not appreciate being clearly seen by staff and blatantly ignored while I'm already missing lunch with the rest of my family because of their mistake. So on Wed Aug 4th I stopped in as I normally do to get a smoothie on the way to work. When I got to work spoke with my co-worker, and they told me that the Titusville water was contaminated and not to drink the city water. After speaking with them I decided to call and ask if they used city water to make the smoothie. I called a couple times no one was answering the phone. So I walked over and their was a sign saying closed due to the water being contaminated. I knocked on the windows because the workers were inside. One finally came to the door and I asked if the smoothie they made me earlier was made with city water and she said yes it was sorry we just got the notice. I then threw away the smoothie in front of them… was a little disgusted at the thought that I already drank half of it lol. I came back in today, and spoke with the manager, I told him what happened and I just wanted a store credit for the smoothie I threw away. All he kept saying to me that the water was found not to be contaminated. I was trying to speak quietly about it and explain that does not really matter because at the time we didn’t know that. Ordered lunch from topical smoothie titusville on 6/15/17 around 12.15. Ordered 6 smoothies couple wraps about $50 worth. Long story short as i was carrying 5 smoothies out to my vehicle in the carry tray provided by their staff 1 smoothie tipped and ended up spilling 4 of them in the parking lot..the cups are to tall and heavy for cardboard carrier..I went back in and employee reconized me and asked what happen i told him, and as i was in restroom cleaning smoothie off my shirt the employee without my knowledge went to ask manager/owner what could be done, manager/owner stated id have to pay in full for 4 more smoothies another $20.95. The employee was very apologetic and professional the manager/owner not so much.....the employee was far more customer friendly than owner/manger. That was my first and last time ill go to that establishment...$5 bucks for .80 cent smoothie ill go to fruit market from now on make my own...not that good anyway and food average at best....good luck with free flip flop day hope it bankrupts the...
