In the past this locations has been spot on when taking my order and it being correct when I pick it up. However most recently twice this week they have gotten it wrong. First trip I ordered a medium hot coffee with French vanilla and a blueberry muffin. Repeated my order at the window, yup that's me. Get to work and drink my coffee, it's black. Cut into the muffin and discover it's chocolate chip. Next visit I order a medium ICED butter pecan coffee. Get to the window repeats it and it's correct I pay for it and he hands me a hot coffee. I left bc I didn't feel like arguing with the guy and I don't want to be late to work. Get to work and take a sip of it...... And it's French vanilla lol. The fact that my order was wrong isn't a big deal but the fact it happened twice in one week by the same person is what bothers me. Now I don't know his name but I will try to describe him the best I can nicely. He looks to be about 5'9" a little on the heavy side and he has a tattoo on the bottom of his left forearm and it says either 303 or 306. He also has a neck tattoo on the left side that appears to be letters. The only reason I am identifying him is on the hopes he gets more training or that another person takes and distributes the correct order to the customers. Oh BTW he failed to give me a recipt my first visit. I hope this makes it to management so that they can correct this. I mean if he's gotten my order wrong twice in a week how many other orders has he...
Read moreFor the most part everyone that has helped me there has been nice except I just recently had a terrible experience One of the young girls that work there has a horrible attitude her name starts with a K. She made an error while checking me out of her register I was very nice about it but her manager got upset that the drive-thru line got long in turn she kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes and also gave me attitude. I didn't get an apology just a smart remark with said to me right before I left Dunkin Donuts. Horrible customer service!! I wasn't looking for an apology but I a million percent did not deserve the bad customer service and attitude that I got for something that was totally not my fault. When a customer uses a coupon many Dunkin' Donuts locations don't realize they have to hit a key on their register so the coupon goes through some of the people at the register told me they had to hit the enter button so it's obvious that this girl did not know how to use the coupon instead of just correcting it and being nice about the situation you shouldn't give customers attitude but you did look like a young girl so you have a lot to learn still you definitely need some better training...
Read moreWalking into this Dunkin’ is like stepping into a suspense movie, except there's no music, just awkward silence and the hum of a coffee machine that's probably on break too. You walk in... and wait. And wait. You make eye contact with the one visible employee, but they look right through you like you’re a ghost that didn't bring donuts for the afterlife. Five full minutes later, someone finally emerges from the back looking surprised, like you're the one interrupting their day. Meanwhile, you can hear giggling, full-blown conversations, and maybe even a karaoke night happening behind the scenes. It sounds like a party back there, but apparently no one got the memo that there’s a customer... or five... just waiting for a coffee and a little acknowledgment that we exist. Eventually—after what feels like the gestation period of a donut—you get your order. No smile, no "sorry for the wait," just vibes. Cold, unfriendly vibes... served with a lukewarm coffee. All I'm saying is, if I wanted to be ignored for 10 minutes, I’d text my ex. At least they were free. Dear Dunkin’: It’s coffee, not rocket science. A smile and a little urgency would...
