Cosmic Creamery and Creations — Restaurant in Titusville

Our first and only trip (so far) and it was the best of surprises...

After having dinner at the Mexican restaurant that was within a few seconds walk away, we decide to have dessert at this new ice cream joint. As far as ice cream joints are concerned, it has a very nice schtick working for it. There are three high schools all nearby this place and after reaching out to the principals of the schools, each school has its special arrangement of hard packed ice cream. I liked the idea so much that's what I had - one scoop from each high school expecting a decent sized serving and instead being served a cup with three monster scoops - I was impressed. My wife wasn't as hungry for ice cream so she had a cup with two monster scoops instead.

We were told all the ice cream is made in-house, and it shows. The ice cream we had this evening was all smooth, super creamy, and simply delicious. I normally prefer soft-serve to hard pack, but their hard pack is awesome.

Service was very friendly, patient with our questions, and were glad to give us all the samples we wanted. On top of it all, the price for all the ice cream we got - and I stress we were given monster scoops - was way cheaper than I would have ever expected. You get your money's worth here - and then some.

I don't care that it's starting to get cold, I am getting me some more from this place. Keep up the good work,...

I've been here twice and had amazing experiences both time.

Staff are patient and helpful, offering samples and allowing time to decide (Believe me: the hardest decision you will ever make is whether to choose Honey Lavender, Viper Blueberry, Reese's Cup, Snickers, or a dozen other mouth-watering options!)

Once you make your choice, the customization options are nearly endless, with a wild variety of toppings (ranging from cookie dough to sprinkles), syrups, and whipped cream. You can practically create your own ice cream blend! Dairy-free flavors mean the whole family can cater to their sweet tooths after dinner.

On your way through checkout, don't forget to try a house-made macaroon! Whether you go with mint chocolate chip or cranberry orange, the one thing you can't do is choose wrong.

Ice cream tastes hand-churned with rich, thick flavor and no artificial or freezer-burned aftertaste. The Honey Lavender ice cream, for example, carries a lovely floral nuance with honey essence so palpable it's practically drizzled on top. The Reese's Cup (my choice during the most recent visit) perfectly balances sweet-nuttiness with rich cocoa without overpowering the base chocolate ice cream.

Went into Cosmic creamery this evening with my son and husband, The lady who took our ice cream order was mopping the floor, went straight from mopping to making our ice cream. No hand washing, great practices during covid! Got a Reese‘s peanut butter cup ice cream, unfortunately it seemed she gave me the wrong ice cream because it was just chocolate ice cream. I went back into the store to inform her the ice cream wasn’t the one I wanted, she replied “ok” I asked should I just throw it away and she replied “the garbage is over there” nothing else was said so I asked for a managers name she replied “no manager is here”, so I ended up leaving with no ice cream and no money back. I would of thought she would have offered to correct the situation and give me another ice cream but that never happened. Sadly giving this place 1 star. Will never go back and would...
