I went to McDonald’s on Garden St on 4/2 around 12:50 am and ordered a 6 piece meal and a Double Quarter Pounder meal cook to order with 2 cokes. They pulled me up to the line and brought my food out and told me they ran out of Coke therefore had to change my drink. They also said their McFlurry machine was down. When I get home the Double Quarter pounder was not fully cooked. Had all pink in the middle. I tried calling the store multiple times couldn’t get ahold of them. Decided to go again today 4/3 around the same time and asked to speak to a manager. The same lady was there but this time had an attitude. Asked me what we wanted instead of listening to my problem and said she wasn’t trying to be rude but still in a rush to close the store. Then still rung me up for the wrong item and forgot to ring me up for an item as well. As soon as she handed me my food she went to locking up the windows. This is unacceptable and for her to give me a cheeseburger for free when they messed up a DOUBLE Quater Pounder is ridiculous to me. EVERYONE knows that a cheeseburger cost way less than a double quarter. At this point I don’t EVER want to go there. It’s not the first time I have an issue at this store but I try to be understanding when they are busy or are low on staff. Regardless, I’m tired of spending money at this fast food restaurant if I’m not gonna be getting good service or fully cooked meals. And of course tonight was no better, after doing my survey and trying to eat my quarter I ended up with yet another...
Read moreYou can look at all my reviews and very very rarely I rate any businesses one star but this McDonald's deserves less than one start if I could! .................👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.......... 🍔Sandwich cold -🍨 ice cream warm. My friend ordered plain ice cream cone and I ordered the hot fudge sundae chocolate. We also ordered McChicken sandwiches which were dry and cold. My friend's ice cream cone what is so soft that they could not put it in a cone so they had to put it in a cup which was all soupy. My hot fudge sundae was nothing but soupy milk on top of fudge. When I went back to get my money back Christian who served us copped an attitude 😝 and was hesitant about refunding any money. He said that the ice cream was just a little soft nothing wrong with it. He charged me $1.39 for the hot fudge sundae Plus $0.40 for extra fudge, plus 7% tax. He refunded me $1.50. When I told him it should be 1.79 plus 7% he get out his cellphone and calculated it out and said this is right. I'm not sure if he passed high school math? What a piece of work. I spoke to the manager about his attitude and about not calculating out the refund probably but she was of no help. You know what they say about birds of a feather. This is absolutely and has always been one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My stomach is all upset now from trying to eat soupy ice cream. I'm going to contact the health department to have them...
Read moreI was hungry and it was after 9pm. It was drizzling and I was heading for the interstate when I spotted the Big Yellow Arches so I decided to duck in and grab a bite. Parking was easy and the drive thru wasn't too backed up, so I decided to go inside. There were a few people in two lines so I went and got cleaned up a little first. The Restroom was very clean and tidy. I always appreciate that!
I got in line and gazed at the menu. My mouth started watering and being a regular patron, making my choice was easy! A Big Mac, a large fry, (I love their fries) and same size on the Chocolate Shake with Whipped Cream on top! Ice cold!
It came my time to order and the cashier was very courteous and thorough as she took my order. I requested a freshly cooked Burger and a fresh batch of fries. I told her I was willing to wait a little. It was worth it. The food was piping hot and it went down perfect with the IceCold Shake! It was a pleasure to sit down and relax in a reasonably quite place at that hour.
By the time I finished, the rain had stopped. But I wanted a little dessert to enjoy with my Shake. Two warm Chocolate chip cookies would do the trick. As I drove away munching on a cookie, I felt more prepared for the long drive ahead of me. I passed the Golden Arches and smiled. Sipping...
