Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Titusville

I ordered and paid online for an estimated pick up time of 6:46. I arrived at 6:50 but had not yet received a notification that my order was ready. I proceeded inside and saw that they were very busy and short staffed. No worries, I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes. 40 minutes later, I still have not received my order. A gentleman walks in orders a large pepperoni pizza (part of what my order included) and is served within 5 minutes. I asked the manager why that man was served before my order was completed, after waiting 40 minutes past it's scheduled pick up time. He immediate, rude, and unnecessarily loud response was. " I don't know what you ordered, I asked who was next and he stepped up, I can give you a refund, or you need to step aside!" After a few seconds of back and forth I told him to give me the refund. He processed it and as I walked out shouted,"If anyone else wants a refund, I'll be happy to give it!!" I understand being short staffed, but it doesn't make an excuse for not being able to process your orders in a first come first serve manner. This man should not be in charge of running a restaurant let alone and customer...

Great quality, tasty food. Only problem I had is that only around 70% of the time, it's good quality. I'm not sure who it is, but one of the people in charge of making the pizzas puts wayyy too sauce. Like an absurd amount. If it were in percentages, sauce would make up about 85% of the pizza. Other than that, all the other employees (or so I've seen) have been kind, good spirited, and got my food ready as quick as possible (if not hot and ready). They also get the new promotional menu items really quickly, so nine times out of ten if you saw an advertisement on TV for some promotional deal, this particular Little Ceasers is great at getting it out there. Overall, 8/10.

On a little fun note, they have a quarter machine that dispenses bouncy balls. If the bouncy ball you get has a Little Ceasers logo, you get a free crazy...

Tried the new $6 more more better pepperoni pizza tonight. Very good pizza and a great value. Loaded with pepperoni, layered with cheese and a tasty sauce, this pie had a solid bite to it, filling your mouth with intense saucy goodness in every chomp.

The young man at the counter, maybe all of 16, was witty and engaged with the customers well, he is still learning but I believe that the young man (who was home schooled... His admission without being asked) will go far. His heart is in the right place and eventually he will shine. I mean no disrespect to him in the least. I enjoyed his efforts, foibles and all.
