I was going into Pizza Hut tonight and unfortunately watch a woman with her newborn child and other daughter have a pizza thrown at them by the cashier named Nate. He would not correct a simple situation and caused this woman to start bawling her eyes out over pepperoni not being on her one topping order. The woman was calm and asking for an easy fix and wasn't even asking for them to replace her pizza just asking to add the pepperoni onto The pizza even though I'm sure they can't do it that way but Nate said it was not their problem and she could go to Walmart and buy pepperoni herself to add to it when she clearly paid for it. I decided not to order a pizza from them after watching him throw the pizza at her when she asked for a refund and he told her that all you people are the same. I looked at the reviews and seen this woman has already submitted a review right before me and figured I would confirm it for everyone that I seen what happened and she was not even angry but in tears especially when he shoved her pizza off the counter and it fell to the ground and he was not willing to replace the pizza that he himself shoved off the counter and front of her, myself, and three other customers. I am not the type to even leave a review but I felt extremely bad for this woman who literally look like she had just given birth a few days prior. Today is mother's Day which made things probably even worse for her. When I caught her out in the parking lot she said she had just been released from the hospital and was craving Pizza Hut for her first fast food item after being released from the hospital but sadly lost out on not only pizza but wasn't even able to get a refund. So this woman pretty much paid for a carryout order which I'm not for sure how much it was but just had it thrown at her. I would highly suggest not going to this store to get your pizza unless you go to the one in Port St John or Merritt Island. I guess it looks like I'm going to Papa John's tonight and sadly I don't even like there food but it's better than trying to order a pizza and paying for it just to have it...
Read moreThe cashier Nate through my pizza at me and told me it's not their problem for the one large topping carryout not having pepperoni on it and would not refund the amount nor would they replace the pizza and he said the manager was not there. I had just got discharged from the hospital after giving birth to my newborn daughter and was craving Pizza Hut whenever he said he would not replace the pizza that he had just threw at me and it fell to the floor while I had my 6-year-old to the left of me and my newborn baby in my right hand in her car seat. All I could do was burst into tears because my hormones have me set off right now and I did not want to raise my tone in front of my 6-year-old for what had just happened. So now I leave with no pizza that I had paid for and tears in my eyes for the way this man treated me again it is the cashier named Nate. He was very rude and hateful and said all you people are the same thinking you can get a free pizza. When I seen that there was no pepperoni, I only asked if there was a way to add the pepperoni on that same pizza not for them to make me a new one or ask for refund but once that pizza was thrown at me and hit the ground, anyone would have asked for a refund and asked for the manager like I did but he said there was no manager in the store and immediately said next for the next customer who was beside me to get her pizza. I only had tears in my eyes because I do not have a lot of money and just now having a newborn in my arms and my other daughter next to me only...
Read moreNever thought I would see a Pizza Hut employee be so rude to a woman who looks like she just gave birth to the preemie new born, new born in a baby seat and a 5 to 6 year old with her, just trying to get a simple meal for herself and her oldest child, a one topping pizza, from what I over heard, the employee Nate decided to say all you people are the same trying to get a free pizza. This woman literally just asked if, they could add pepperoni to the same pizza, her order was a pepperoni pizza and they messed up and made just a cheese pizza. She didn't ask for refund of any kind, the employee nate just desided to shove the cheese pizza off the counter hard enough to hit the baby car seat, then hitting the floor, ruining the pizza, she then asked for a refund for the employee wasting the pizza she had paid for. that they had made wrong. The employee nate, told her there was not a manager in the store, and she couldn't have a refund. Didn't know this was a store, people went to, to have their food they PAID for to be thrown at them and their children. The woman was in tears, her children scared. And all this on Mothers day. If this is the way Pizza hut wants treat their customers, and conduct their business, They have lost me as a customer, I will take my business and money elsewhere. the woman needs a refund and that employee needs to lose his job. One of the most disrespectful things, he could have done to a Mother on Mother's day. She left with no food that she PAID for, no refund and crying plus...
