PieZano Pizzeria — Restaurant in Titusville

Absolutely terrible and worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Owner wasn't giving the cook the tickets to actually make the pizzas and other meals. Owner had an attitude and refused to return my prepayment after I waited 17 minutes and they didn't even start making much less cooking my pizza. Noted that delivery services were coming in and their pizzas and so forth weren't made either and then they made no attempt to correct that. Next the owner blames the cook for the fact that the owner wasn't given the tickets to the cook to make the food. And the owner then flips out on the cook because he starts just making the food without the tickets after the owner already complained to him for doing the opposite. Owner then publicly fires the cook by screaming at him and tell him to go back and live in the woods and do drugs like he had before. Begs question why an owner is hiring somebody like this to begin with. And it sure shouldn't be done in public literally screaming at the guy that he just fired in front of probably six customers none of whom are getting decent service from the owner himself.

As far as the food, my Greek pizza was completely missing feta cheese which is the key ingredient in a Greek pizza.

The owner also flipped out on me yelling at me because I chose to take a photo of my pizza which is completely my own business to do. What a scumbag.

Complete failure of a business and not worthy of a second chance after seeing all those chances other people gave the same business and they...

I'll start by saying the server was very nice. The inside was clean and inviting. Anyways, off the bat their fountain drink machine was out of syrup for the root beer and some of the other drinks. So the server cracked open a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper for us. We ordered wings, a cheese pizza, lasagna and a calzone. My son didn't care for the wings at all. My calzone was missing "toppings" only had pepperoni when the menu had said it came with sausage ham bacon ect. My father in-law ordered the lasagna only to be told they were out (mind you I was already done with my calzone and the kids and wife had already finished their pizza) the wings came out very late and to replace the lasagna they offered a baked ziti. Needless to say it seems like the cook just more or less threw whatever together and said good enough. The ziti looked like a watery mess. I would not go back there again. I don't know if my experience was a fluke or not, but the damage was done. It was edible but nothing "wow" or special. Really just bland. We all looked at each other and agreed, nope. Never again. We tried it,...

This pizzeria opened and didn't know it,!!! Ladies and gentlemen...... This is authentic Italian pizza!!! It is so good. And they deliver!!!! Not only was the girls on the phone taking the order and the manager making sure it was a correct order,..( ha ha.. nowadays making sure it was a correct order??!??!!.) That's what I mean it was above board service!! When the pizza came to me, you could smell it... When I sink my teeth into it... It was wonderful!!! I want a job at this place because I want everybody to know ....this is what Titusville needed... Hello..A trip back to Italy.... Thank you PieZano Pizzeria for the best pizza I had ever had in my. I don't know if I'll ever be able to trust another pizzeria again because you have stolen my heart!!! I'm telling everybody about you guys. Thank you thank you and if you're hiring please call me!!
