Arby's — Restaurant in Toccoa

Don't waste your time and money. I have eaten there numerous times and usually been cheated on the amount of meat in their specialty sandwiches. I used to like their sandwiches, so I kept giving them more chances to improve. They haven't. The last time I ate there, the sandwich was so thin, I deliberately sat down where their indoor security camera could record me taking the sandwich apart and videoing it with my phone. I still have the videos saved as proof. I tasted very small bites of each part and found them to be cold and the grilled onions nasty. I sent the video to the district manager (one wouldn't send but I saved it) and nothing changed. I went back one more time, ordered the sandwich, was severely cheated on the meat again, opened it in full view of their camera, left it on the table without taking a bite, and left the restaurant for good. I will NEVER set foot in the Toccoa Arby's ever again and I would urge you to save your money and go elsewhere for a meal. I only gave it one star because you have to in order to post your comment. As a family we eat out a lot, long work hours. The past 4 times we've been there we've had to pull up and wait for about 10 mins only to find out that our order was completely wrong or they forgot something. We tried again this evening and was told they were completely out of fries and still wanted to charge us an upcharge for any substitution with our meal. We were eventually told we would be charged regular meal prices only to find out that they still upcharged us and had to argue about getting a refund. We love Arby's and it used to be amazing but in recent months it has rapidly gone down hill. I myself work in the food industry and I know how frustrating it can be and how hard it is when you're short staffed but customer service is key. Without it you have nothing! I hope this gets passed onto one of the most wonderful employees I’ve met there, on my ticket the name was Katie, she made my night with how genuine and kind she was, making small talk and even giving me a compliment and after the day I had it absolutely made my day. I can tell she’s a wonderful young lady and I hope yall pass this compliment onto her. I have always had the best service at this location and as someone in the food industry I know customers can be soul crushing and to much negative can circulate so please pass this onto her and tell her how amazing she is inside and out! 😁 and let the rest of your crew know they do a great job and I’ve always gotten great food and service...
