we visited pizza hut and wanted to dine in. we arrived at 905 pm and I ask what time they closed, and was told 10 pm was closing time. So we sat at a both and we where reminded that closing time was 10 and we where very rushed to order, the lady took out drink order and she stood there and waited for our food order, she didn't give us even 5 mins to look at the menu. My point was we where made to feel like we where in the way and an inconvenience instead of paying customers. I have worked in my different jobs that deal with the public and I understand that maybe there not used to having people to dine in at that time and I could tell that lobbie was already prepared for closing(tables cleaned and chairs where already stacked on tables) but I asked what time they close before all 3 of us went in. I've worked food service before, I even worked at pizza hut in my home town for a year when I was a teenager, and I know how it feels to have everything clean and be ready to go home when 5 mins before closing a customer comes in and everything had to be cleaned again, but that was our job, and we differently did not treat the customer any different that any other costumer. And we didn't make the customers feel like they were in the way or unwanted. And that's how we where treated, I don't know when having a good work ethic and costumer service went out of style but that's how I felt about...
Read moreI'm intown visiting and decided to place a curbside order of a personal pan using the app to satisfy my craving for pizza. Time stated of 15 minutes, which is fine because I'm driving from Eastanollee. I arrive and park in the Curbside space and notify via the app that "I'm Here."
I wait 5 minutes, nothing. So I decide to call the number to let them know that I've arrived and placed on hold for 3-4 minutes. The person at the counter answers and hangs up. I call back thinking it was a mistake. Meanwhile, I can clearly see through the door of the lady answering the phone from my parking space. She answers and hangs up. 3rd call - she answers and hangs up. 4th call - she answers and hangs up. On the 5th call she answers and states her name as Destiny. I tell her I placed an online curbside order and I'm outside. She said someone will bring it out to you. After 10 minutes I walk in to get the pizza. She has it in her hand to walk out, but its too late and the pizza is cold.
It's been 20+ years since I've visited this establishment and this impression doesn't make me want to return.

Am surprised they are even still in business..me and my family went for a visit on Jan 11, in the evening hours and we were treated as "if we didn't have good sence" and they wished we would just "eat n leave" I wouldst even be surprised if these people didn't spit in our food...we were treated very rudely and everytime the waitress had to help us she had to "roll her eyes" as if all that want bad enough...we were asked to pay what was on the receipt but then I check my card the next morning and it was charged a different price, I higher price. This piticular pizza hut should be shut down and the workers should not be allowed to work with the public. Dont visit this place, its a waste of time and money. Me and my family visit pizza hut regularly and enjoy it, this was our first and last time at this location..never again...I am outraged!!!
