My order was incorrect and items were missing. Brandy C, the manager on duty at the Toccoa Georgia branch #7492 was not very helpful or professional concerning my issue.
The manager on board showed no interest in trying to resolve the issue, due to her incompetence and lack of customer service skills.
I am very saddened to write this review. However, when you spend money in any establishment, the first thing a manager should do is apologize for the incorrect order and then try to find a solution to the problem, without pointing blame!!!

Yes, I understand Door Dash should double check my order. However, it was your establishment that charged me $10.00 for extra bacon, which I did not receive. In addition, it was your establishment that ran out of the correct bread and the lettuce looked as if it were a few days old.
Brandy insisted that it was door-dash issue and not hers. Not to mention her bad attitude!
I have been in customer service for years while running my own business, and if anyone of my staff treated anyone of my customers with the lack of empathy or respect shown by this Subway manager, I would have fired her on the spot!
And to think, she as a manager is training others to act without empathy while lacking customer service skills.
I will be taking my hard-earned money to another establishment until this branch changes their policies and trains people with the right attitude and leadership skills.
All she had to do was apologize soon as I walked in the door with my incorrect order.
But I think she felt an apology was beneath her!!!
Even the word sorry would have been good enough for me!
Do not mess with this Subway until they train their employees, especially their managers!!!

We had a coupon for buy one sandwich and get a 2nd free which sounded like a deal, but that was not to be at this location. First, their drink machine was broken so instead of Coke we opted ice water. The server offered up large cups for the ice water which sounded good since the machine was broke in the first place.
The coupon scam comes when they ring up your order and instead of anything that looks like a deal, we were charged $4.00 each for the ice water and $3.38 each for the chips (total cost $14.76). When I asked the server about the $8.00 for 2 ice waters, she informed me that it was the Owner's policy to charge like that and there was nothing she could do; to which I responded, "Then see if your Owner ever gets any more of my money!"
Beyond the $8.00 for 2 ice waters, this event has made me skeptical of using Subway coupons at any location! Subway should rethink their goals with this "coupon shell game" which ultimately ends up driving customers away.
Despite the above, for my first and last visit, I did give them two stars because my sandwich was decent, but the overall experience was just way to expensive for a working man's lunch! Order...
Read moreI came here for lunch yesterday, and did not have the best experience. When I came in the attendant was sitting at a table on her phone. She did quickly attend to me. After getting the sandwich I went to sit down and I noticed that all the tables were basically dirty meaning someone had already ate at them. In specific the tables had smear marks and bread crumbs/ food on them. I was in a hurry and I was hungry so I sat down at the cleanest table I can find and then the attendant sat down and put her phone on speaker phone and proceeded to talk with her family friends whatever. Their conversation was very loud and annoying and I just sat there and wondered why she would just do that versus not have a clean store especially the pandemic we just had. It's not that hard to keep a clean front of house it just makes me wonder what the back of the house looks like. I was in Toccoa a year ago and it was the same thing. I think I'll just drive to another location from now on until I hear that things are better here. Obviously the manager needs to step it up with the policies and procedures of the Subway franchise.
