All Juice — Restaurant in Toledo

I placed an order on May1st and I got 2 emails confirming the order and that I could pick up on the 3rd at 330pm. I wait for an hour to try to get my order and no one was there or answered my calls. When they finally called me back on the 4th to tell me I could pick it up I couldn't pick it up and I wasn't were they could bring it to me. I asked for a refund and was told they don't give refunds even though my email said I should call for a refund. The lady on the phone finally snapped that I would get the refund and hung up on me. It is now May 21st and have not received a refund or any response from them from my multiple calls or email. I am now trying to dispute the purchase with my bank to get the money back. I would never go here again or...

Product is good... but it would be nice if they were open when they say they were. I went there yesterday before work it said they open at 9am well I was there 10 after and no one was there nor would they answer there phone. So I try and call them today because once again would like a juice... what do you know the same thing... wont answer which I assume there not there when they say they are on line. I live in sylvania and that's a trip to just rode there for them not to be open again. Dissatisfied for sure. Seems as if they need a new work ethic or maybe...

Not very reliable. What else should I question or not believe about this business or their product? Called the store for current hours. I was told 8 PM and that the earlier closing time posted online was incorrect. I told her I was glad to hear that because I now had time to get there before close.
