Thank you for the nice customer service Jennifer & Nessy. BUT THIS PLACE is FILTHY. The floors were disgusting and had not been clean in a very long time. I wiped water off the bathroom floor after my shower. The white wash rag was BLACK and FILTHY. I brought it to the Managers attention. They said they could have housekeeping come in an clean it. Why in the first place was the room not cleaned when I arrived at 8:30pm on a Friday night. I had been traveling from Washington State to Toledo Ohio the last 7 day. My 2 dogs and myself stayed in several Holiday Inn & Express on our trip. They were all very nice and clean when we arrived. I told the manager I could not trust the housekeeping at Quality Inn, due to how I found my room upon arrival. I asked for something to clean my room with so the manager gave me 3 small wash rags & no cleaner ( i had asked for vinegar water. She did offer to move me to another room, why move me when my room is FILTHY I assume the rest are too. I told her I will clean it myself as for I can't trust that anyone knows what they are doing there. When I woke up Saturday morning I took a shower, when I got out of the shower there was water on the floor from me getting out. As I am a clean and neet person I wiped it up off the floor. That's when I found how disgusting the floor in room 102 ( right next to the entrance and desk to check in or out.) Not only was all of the floor gross and FILTHY so was the rest of the room. The TV was thick with dust. The rack that holds the TV to the wall hadn't been cleaned since they installed them ( 1 yr ago per manager) where they screw the TV rack/holder into the wall you could see where they hadn't even vacuumed up the drywall dust left from the screws. I have pictures to prove it. There was thick dust on top of the rack aswell. Hadn't been cleaned in a year I'd suspect. The top of the head board had an thick layer of dust on top too. That room has not been cleaned properly in a VERY LONG Time. The towel rack in bathroom is about to fall off the wall, the toilet seat was not secure, had black spots on the lid that would not wash of. The bathroom sink was clogged also. All in all this place is not in good condition. Trash in trash cans outside were full for 2 days. Planters in the front of hotel were bone dry and dieing flowers. If you can't take care the front of your House you probably won't take care of the back of your House. This place does not care about you or your comfort and cleanliness they just want your money and then blame you for the Discusting Condition of their hotel. The owner told me it was my fault my room was dirty because I had 2 dogs. So when I arrived at 8:30 pm on Friday we settled in for a good night sleep after being on the road for 7 days. I got up and took a shower at 7am Saturday morning. When I wiped the water off the floor after my shower I could clearly see how FILTHY the floor was. I went right to the front desk to talk to manager. It WAS NOT MY DOGS. IT'S YOUR FILTHY HOTEL. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR LACK OF PROPER CLEANING AND LACK MATINANCE. As the owner said we don't clean the floor, we mop it. They mop it with FILTHY water from every room probably. Every germ from every room mopped all over EVERY ROOM in this TRASHY HOTEL. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If they can't clean properly they don't need to be in business. Don't Trust them here, they are only out for themselves not their customers. The Dee Dee and the "Mexican Foreign Speaking Housekeeper" Both have Extremely Great Customer Service Skills A++ I must say as a retired commercial semi-truck driver I've stayed at a lot of hotels, motels ... through all my 20 years of staying in hotels I have never been refused TOWELS from the Front Desk Ever!! Especially Renting a Jacquizz Suite Where naturally the floors are going to get wet .. The worker on Duty was From India, she told me she only works 2 Days a week. Her name is Amber. Due to all the water access of the refusal for any towels I slipped and fell and busted my arm up where i needed to get stiches. The whole staff knew she wasnot customer friendly at all. the whole staff knew she was not giving out but very few towels and has always been that way. I'm lucky I didn't bust my head open in room 123 where i had to go in the fitness room and grab a few towels which didn't help the water access of me busting my wrist open where i needed stiches hitting on your end table handle. With that kind of money putting out on a room was ridiculous where you would think i would have been comped a free room due to my injuries because I have messed my arm up where I have two ten-inch mental plates in my arm that I fell on. Maybe I I should have filed a police report on this incident because I did need stiches in my wrist. Not good customer service and I should have gone in the hospital and still have a year from the date of this injury. Read moreMy fiancé and I stopped here after a long day of driving. We were both appalled upon walking into the room. First and foremost, the receptionist only gave us one key. That was our first red flag. Secondly, we walked into the room, and there was no main light. The bathroom was so small. Upon further inspection, the bed had so many stains. The sheets were not cleaned, as well as the pillows. There were clear wet stains on the bed. Thankfully no bedbugs. It looked like the cleaners just made piles of crumbs, dirt and hair in the of the corners of the room. There was a jacuzzi in the room we had. There were PUBES still in the jacuzzi. And dirt. In each drawer I had opened, there was a yellow stain, along with crumbs and hair. On top of all of that, the mini fridge ( which was hidden inside of a cabinet) was hot. Once the fridge was opened, we were greeted with mounts of dust built up on top of the fridge. There was so many crumbs around it as well. The room also had a musky smell to it. I told my fiancé to start calling the other hotels around while I took pictures. Thankfully the Hampton Inn had an available room. I had walked up to the receptionist at the Quality Inn to get a refund. She had given me one, no questions asked. She did not ask why and if there was anything wrong with the room. She just sighed, gave us our money and said “okay, I understand.” Just like it has happened many times before.
