Arby's — Restaurant in Toledo

Sadly this place has gone down hill. Stopped by to pick up a QUICK bite...ha what a joke. At first I waited for almost 5 minutes with out one car moving. Then I decided to go inside, and try my luck there 10 minutes went by with only one person in line before I could place my order. Then I waited another 10 minutes to receive my to go order

The staff seemed overwhelmed, and not very well trained. The food was okay, but seemed smaller as well as more expensive...make up your mind...one or the other but not both.

A tip for those of you either "dining" inside or picking up a order. DON'T park in one of the two parking areas that the drive through line goes through. If you park there you will have a tough time getting out as you will have to be able to drive through the SLOW drive through line to be able to leave. This location tends to forget multiple items more often than not, and every drive-thru worker I've encountered the last three times was either rude, incompetent, or both, including the supposed manager of this location who is completely incompetent and rude. She talked over me constantly, read the total before I was finished ordering and had to ask me repeatedly what items I wanted all while sounding annoyed at the whole interaction. Eventually left and called to talk to the manager when I got back to my apartment, and was told she was the one on the drive-thru, go figure. Suffice it to say, places with poor management usually treat customers and their own employees poorly, and the food is almost never correct. This place is slow! No one inside but the drive thru was busy. The person that took my order was mopping the floor when I walked in. He never washed his hands, went behind the counter and took my order, then went back to mopping. Came back a couple of minutes later to put my order in the bag with his dirty hands! Had my order wrong. I asked for lettuce on my sandwich but they didn't put it on. He said that I didn't ask for it and wanted .50¢ to add it which wasn't a problem, I just didn't want him to touch my food with his germy hands. The floors were clean but there were crumbs on the tables. Think that I'm going to go back to the Arby's...
