They are falsely advertising buy 1 get 1 free coupons that they email you and then refuse to honor. It’s absolutely ridiculous and I hope they get sued with a class action law suit. Sooner or later they will tick off the wrong person who will put it into motion. Their online ordering system does not work when entering coupon codes that ARE for online. The worker told me they KNOW the website isn’t working and yet still refuse to honor the coupon even when you SHOW it to them when you go to pick it up. I told them it didn’t work for any of the 3 people’s phones at my house and also it didn’t work on our lab top. The girl said she understood and that they KNOW their online coupons don’t always work. She said it’s been happening for a while now. She said instead you have to call to order or else they will NOT honor the coupon. NO where in the email or coupon does it say you have to call. She said it’s because they don’t have the ability to change an online order and they wish it would be fixed because this happens often and her manager doesn’t allow them to honor the coupon unless the person calls 1st. I said well you can cancel the order and start over as if I called. She said her manager doesn’t allow that either. I said well I’m not going to buy any of the food thats already made w/o the buy 1 get 1 free coupon that this company sent me. She said OK. I left the food there. I was so mad I didn’t go back. So now a few months later it happened again but to my husband this time. The coupon says IN store OR online. So he figured since it said you could use it for either he ordered it and drove there. Same thing happened and they refused to honor it even though it says it can be used either way. He left without buying the food that was already made and refuses to ever go back. False Advertising is against the law and I really hope they get in trouble for this. It’s FRAUD. They get you there, the food is done and figure you’ll just cave and...
Read moreThis is the best Penn Station store in the area. When compared to other locations, such as the one on Monroe St or the one off Airport Hwy, this location succeeds expectations in multiple ways: As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted by friendly smiling faces. It is true when they say service is half the experience. The gentleman on the grill & register really knew the menu and proper customer service. He was friendly, fast, and gave recommendations/ suggestions when promoted. As far as the Penn Station brand him, and the other employees, represented it truly well. I was astonished how clean the store was at a lunch prime time and even during the rush it remained clean. The employees handled the rush very efficiently remaining calm and still friendly. I was asked for any additional condiments before receiving my food and was grateful how nice the young woman was. At other locations asking for ketchup or malt vinegar packets is almost an inconvenience to the employees. I must say we were very impressed and will...
Read moreMy wife was just in there and ordered our dinner to go. Order # 106 at 6:25 pm. Mine was a cheese steak and hers was an Italian. She ordered mine with green pepper and hers no sauce just plain. As they where making it they added sauce she said something and they fixed it so we thought. She got home and hers had mayo on it and mine was missing the green pepper. When she said something the first time while there the lady who took the order got an attitude the gentlemen who made it apologized. But in fact it was still wrong. Not driving back 10 min just for a sub...very disappointed probably wont be back if its that much of a problem to listen to the customer...
