Burger King — Restaurant in Toledo

Tonight, I was inspired by the hard work and dedication from the 3 workers who decided to stay and keep their store open & their customers fed. Of course being the 8th car in line there was a little wait for service (20min from line to served). But with only 3 people working, that was impressive. The guy came across the speaker with such a pleasant and respectful greeting letting us know he would be woth us soon and asked for our patience. Getting to the window and hearing a customer in the car ahead of me yelling about a drink, I was expecting to find an upset worker. Instead, I was greeted with a smile and an apology for the wait. Seeing the system these 3 workers put together to move quickly and efficiently was impressive. The same guy working the window (Maurice) was working drive thru, bagging food, making fries, onion rings and drinks all while working the register. Another was doing all the cooking alone while the 3rd was doing all the cleaning so they could keep up on it.

GREAT JOB GUYS! They even got my entire order correct. Please show them some love at the Burger King on Front street....

The difference in quality between the AM and PM shifts is literally day and night... I came here at noon and had the absolute BEST cheeseburger I've ever had at Burger King. It tasted even better than it did when I was a kid, I was seriously impressed with the quality of food and service there. Fastforward to my post work midnight dinner and my fries are cold and stale, like chewing cardboard, the chicken looks sad and gross, plus it came with like half a bottle of mayo on it, the bun was stale, they gave me the thick white parts of the lettuce that nobody eats because its bitter and gross.. I haven't had my burger yet but dont even know if i want to open it to be honest. Im afraid of what I'll see 😅 Idk when the night shift starts but I would just avoid going here after 5pm to...

Drive- thru lunch order. They forgot the sandwich to a combo meal. And one of the drinks was wrong. I drive thru to ask for the sandwich they forgot and they tell me to tell the cashier. I pull up to cashier to ask for my sandwich and she says whats your receipt number. I tell her you never have me a receipt. Let her know what I ordered and she tells me to pull ahead. I pull to food window and 2 people are saying "Is that her" and giving me dirty looks. She brings me the sandwich and doesn't say a word. I tell her "This it's suppose to be diet could I get a diet? She takes the drink from me like it had cooties, gives me another and not once did I get an apology from anyone. I said sorry if I inconvenienced you and drove away. ...
