Taco Bell — Restaurant in Toledo

Well my visit a few days ago was January 2, 2020 6:02 pm, so it was fairly busy off and on around the time but the line moved very quickly and my food was great as always. I come to Taco Bell maybe 3 or 4 times a month and every time the service is very quick, always' the staff is very Friendly and nice. The young lady at the last window was very nice and polite and gave me extra napkins when i asked and did not forget. Very mannered young lady. Thank yous and you're welcomes. I told her that i was very pleased with their service today and how fast they were even though they had other customers as well inside and out and that she was very polite and i told her that i was going to leave a survey about about how well their service was that day and how i am going to make sure that i come to this Taco Bell everytime. It was a very fast convo and then i told her have a great day and to tell the rest that they need to keep up the good work and continue to have such great service. I didn't want to hold the line up so i moved quickly after. Food was great though. My mother loved it as I did as well. Tacos are my favorite food, and luckily I have a Wonderful Taco Bell only two minutes down the street from me. Great place Great Food for anyone who ever has the taste for some Great Tacos or Burritos and just want to get their dood fast and get home and eat. I Highly recommend this Taco Bell to EveryOne. Used the order ahead feature to feed an army. Claimed card was declined, yet got instant proof they were paid. So called them up, the "manager" claimed she didn't get our order and knew nothing of the system, I wasn't the first to have this happen, and we needed to use the app at the store location. So why order ahead? Smh Sent family to pick up food. Upon arrival, she announced the BIG order had arrived. The app was used as she instructed, and she claimed she cleared the order accidentally, yet could bring it back. While waiting, the employees were not at task, the manager was upset with a grub hub employee publicly...and quite nasty with my family as she had been with me via phone. I check my balance and see we had been charged AGAIN for the same order! I contact my bank, and get it taken care of quickly. Food gets here, and is cold, and items are MIA. I get off of phone with bank, call the manager. She refused to give name, laughs about calling corporate. Says she's been there 13 years and knows how they operate. Claimed she personally bagged food herself, however asked my family if the crew had messed up our order??? Rude, refused to make right on the wrong done, then was told not to come back to HER store!! Worst taco bell in Toledo. I have been to this location as a customer and as a door dasher picking up for customers. They never follow their store hours, they are always out of everything, they never have the door dash orders I've been assigned to. They claim they don't receive them at all or its already picked up. Out of 10 doordash deliveries, I have successfully picked up 2. And this is over the past year. They were a hassle picking them up as well. They will have you pull around to the front so they are off of their time clock. And they will let you sit out there for over 30 minutes and there will be no other customers there. I just received an order from there tonight, 08/11/2024. There was a long line that wasn't moving at all until it turned 2am. Then the line started moving very quickly, with people pulling away. When I got up to the speaker myself, the employee said they closed at 2am and they didnt have any more food. They were clearly making everyone wait until it was 2 so they didn't have to do anything. I do not normally leave reviews, ans I have thought about leaving a review here before but let it slide. But I couldn't do it anymore after tonight. This taco bell clearly has serious issues. Corporate office needs to investigate into this further. In the meantime, I will not be accepting any more orders for this location nor eating...
