So….my husband and I went here last night for dinner. We have been here many times and usually love the food. However, this last time I think ruined it in all. We went and ordered our dinner. I had ordered a Gaylord Burger (that comes with bacon and there was no bacon on it which I didn’t even say anything about that) and French onion soup instead of fries with it. I got the soup first, finished it. The waitress then came out and delivered the rest of our food. I took one bite out of my burger and looked down and noticed there was a BUG on my lettuce. A DEAD BUG!!!! I didn’t even flag down the first person, I waited until our waitress herself came back. I politely told her there was a bug on my burger (I’m a very nice person and know mistakes happen). She looked at it and said “oh, I’ll go show my manager.” She came back about 5-7 minutes later asked “do you want us to remake it for you?” I responded with a no thank you. She then came back with our bill. That was it…no manager came out to talk to us, no apology from the waitress(nor did she seem shocked or grossed out), no apology from anyone from the establishment. On our bill they removed the price of the burger. The upsetting part was that there was no apology from the waitress and/or the manager. The manager never even came out to speak to us or apologize. Nothing at all from anyone. It was very cut and dry, do you need a box for the rest of your meal and here’s the bill. We were very sad and upset because we used to really like that place and their food. But at this point we can never go back. No only is their kitchen and food not clean but their service and managers are just not good and accommodating. Read moreAlways something! Not sure what has been going on lately but there always seems to be something wrong with our order. We thoroughly enjoy the food but more often than not it takes too long. We have come to expect that and don't mind for the most part. The biggest problem the management doesn't seem to ever want to make it right in a way that it will retain customers. I ordered a fish Ruben ang got a regular Ruben. I kept the meal and ate it. Manager said he would take it off the bill and didn't. We ordered a pretzel for an appetizer and it didn't come out till we where almost done with our meal. We did tell them to cancel the pretzel when we were about half way through our meal. They did bring it out anyway. They didn't charge us for it but then the waitress added $10.00 on to our credit card for some reason after we tipped 20% in cash. Maybe a mistake fine but when I called after i got my CC statement and they asked if i wanted it refunded i said I will take a gift card thinking they may do something a little extra for a semi regular customer. I drove up there to pick it up and the manager explained that the waitress added a $10.00 tip on for herself even though we wrote (cash) in the tip line. I thought they might do something to compensate for the inconvenience but they did not. After eating there once every 2-3 weeks for the last year I don't think we will be going back for quite a while. This was only the last 2 times we ate there. I could keep going but you get the idea. Read moreDo yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. After numerous bad experiences and numerous chances given to see if they will improve, nothing! The service is rude, lazy, and lacking professionalism. I overlooked the time they put me on hold for a take out order leaving me on hold for over 10 minutes, hanging up only to be put on hold again for 10 minutes, to where I eventually drove 15 minutes there while on hold to be given the run around of who there was supposed to take my order that I just left. But, no, since I'm a glutton for punishment, I decided to give them another chance and went there to eat but after being seated for 20 minutes and no waitress we got up and left. These were both weekday nights and were not busy at all. But what finally was the last straw was the rudeness I received from the staff when picking up a to go order today. This time when walking in a waitress collided with me and never said sorry but rather said pfft under her breath, then as picking up the order from the bar the door greeter was dropping off dirty glasses and literally stretched in front of me while standing there and never said excuse me, and finally when leaving I realized my sauces were missing and I came back in and asked the same door greeter if she could get them for me. She literally rolled her eyes at me and went and got them reluctantly only to come back with the wrong ones. I was done by then!
