Hannah's Soft Serve — Restaurant in Toledo

Awesome ice cream, floats, freezes, and sundaes. Fair prices, and they have a drive-thru. The staff was kind, patient, and thorough with each and every order. So, if it takes a min or two for them to take your order..please be patient and kind because they are busy making orders perfect 👌

I mainly order the Dole Soft Serve because it’s low calorie, vegan, kosher, low sugar etc….and in the summer they have “Flavors of the Week” which is Lime this week. Not gonna lie, all the flavors are good, but pomegranate is my favorite.

I absolutely LOVE this stuff !! I normally order 2 large cups @ $6 each and I get my boys 2 large Oreo Sundaes /w extra Oreo and with a $.50 charge for using my card it total comes to $31.50.

I visit this place twice a week LOL.

The only recommendation I would make is:

Please start a loyalty or rewards program for people like me who frequent the shop quite regularly.

Please 🙏 fill your Dole Soft Serve cups to the top just like you do for all other Sundaes and drinks ( See pic below)

I ask them to tap my Dole Soft Serve Co cups because they collapse when I get home… Some workers do, some don’t 🤦🏾‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Nothing bad to say about this Ice Cream...

Hands down the best ice cream place in the entire area!!!! I come here once a week if I can (especially in the fall/winter when NOTHING ELSE IS OPEN) they have the freshest tasting toppings of anyone in the entire area and because the owner works there personally and personally trains her staff they have the absolute best service around hands down!!! The price/ serving ratio is definitely the best I have seen as well! Went to DQ and their sizes were half of what they do here!!! And ever since coming here I cant stand the taste/flavor/quality of any of the chains in the area anymore! Occasionally i will go to a place that is closer to my home or work because I literally drive 20 minutes out of my way to go here!!! But every time i go somewhere else I am mad at myself for not only wasting my money but also because no one compares to Hannah’s now. I am so happy that this locally owned and operated business is here all...

OK because they’re open in the winter. They do not layer their Sundays or turtle Sundays very well and they charge a 50 Cent fee if you use your debit card. There’s a place not far from there Chitter Chatter On Airport Highway close to Albon rd Hands-down, best food, best ice cream they take the time to layer their turtle Sundays and all Sundays Perfectly! Chitter Chatters is on point!! The workers there are very efficient and there can be a line of 25 people and you’ll have your ice cream within 10 minutes if you’re 26th in inline!! No, I do not own the place I mentioned or work for them, just a customer! Maybe the owners of Hannah‘s should take a drive and try their ice cream and food and see how efficient this...
