Honestly every single time I come here it’s a bad experience. My drinks are always made wrong & taste nothing like it should, never consistent. My drink I ordered was wrong & when asked to fixed it they did not remake my drink all they did was add to the one already made. It looked & tasted nothing disgusting, it was so rude not to take the time to make the CORRECT DRINK I PAID FOR. As a paying customer it’s honestly so annoying bc I work hard for my money, food is a reward so when it is made with little effort it really makes it feel like a waste of my hard earned money. It sucks because I already know how it’s going to be coming to this store. They workers are always disrespectful ( I have had 2 workers who were actually nice but other then that all bad experience) you can tell they want to rush you out, even with no customers behind me they are in such a hurry to throw your food out the window & get u moving, the food was not cooked all the way, they forgot a donut I ordered & they didn’t even bother fixing the mistake they made on the drink. I have learned my lesson about coming to this specific location I would rather make the drive to Perrysburg where they are actual decent human beings who cares about the job they are doing & the FOOD they are serving. At the end of the day you are working in the food industry you should care about the food ur giving people to eat & the service ur providing, I know it’s fast food but at the end of the day it’s bad service & I will not be returning. Anyone reading this review debating on this location, save ur money & go somewhere...

Upon pulling up to the drive thru, I was asked to give my order, the menu was not visible from further down the drive thru so my wife took a moment to decide and I asked the drive thru woman for a moment. Before I finished asking she repeated for me to give my order then even again as I started to restate that we need a moment she told us to give our order. My wife has anxiety and became flustered and felt rushed. We asked for a grilled cheese panini and were informed the grill was down. I was angry at this point and scanned the menu quickly for anything that didn't need to be grilled. I asked for a breakfast sandwich and was told they have no croissants. By then I was furious, she was rude, rushing my wife and causing her unnecessary anxiety, while informing us that the majority of their non-beverage menu items are unavailable. The staff is rude and apparently the management can't keep their store stocked and functioning. So we asked for a vanilla cappuccino and when we got to the window it was a black coffee with vanilla syrup and ice.

Tim Hortons is a great restaurant chain. I personally am not a fan of their coffee beans, but it's okay and their food is normally pretty good.

Bought a Tuscan chicken panini from the Sylvania location on Alexis rd last week and fell in love with the raw red onions, fresh spinach, and the sandwich overall. I went to this location due to the convenience of being on this side of town and was so disappointed in how the sandwich was made and the customer service. I work for a customer service driven company, and let me tell you, the customer service at this location is unbelievable. I called to report the issue as I was heading back and the female worker stated she didn’t believe me and hung up on me. Once I showed up for a revised sandwich, has enhanced the one I already had and didn’t put any onions on it. On top of fixing the fact the sandwich was smaller than normal, and initially lacking a proper amount of the entire recipe at whole, the worker had the audacity to give me attitude while fixing my sandwich. I got out to my car and found out the sandwich still was missing a main ingredient- onions. I drove all the way to another location to find out that this location is a franchise, and they’re responsible for correcting their own issues. Kindly, the other location still sympathized enough (in Lambertville, MI) to make me a new sandwich. I will not be returning to this location due to...
