I really didn't want to make a review but the point I'm going to make is valid and I think it needs to be said. First and foremost I'm a senior citizen. An old man who is a new resident in the Toledo area Helen from the East. I am not in the habit of having my phone with me at all times nor am I an expert or glued to a GPS. Secondly I would like to say that the guy who attempted to take my order on the phone was very pleasant. Third this was a disaster. I asked where they are located and he said on Alexis at Tallmadge. Even I knew that wasn't correct and I've been in the city less than 24 hours. I remember driving by tallmadge about 4 MI away. When I questioned him he said that they were in the shopping center that has the Krogers and the target. So that is where I went. Maybe I'm blind but it was not there. I left my phone at home but did not have it on me as I didn't think it would be necessary. They were open till 11:30 at night and I called him at 10:00 to 11:00 and they said they stopped delivery. I had no desire whatsoever to go back out but I also didn't feel like going to bed hungry. So I made the trip and could not find them nor does my car have a GPS. So I thought I must have misunderstood him and I went down to the talmadge area because I remember seeing a Target down there but it turns out that's on Monroe. I put out all this energy not because I wanted the pizza at this point but because I knew if I didn't get it it would be true that goes to waste and I just can't stand that and before I knew it it was 25 to midnight. And the reason I write this review is because I wonder with all the changes in the labor force is it really unfair of the customer to hope that an employee knows where they work. Not everybody on the planet yet is adjusted to making their every move through technology. Sometimes people actually give directions. At least so far. He was a nice guy like I said but this could have been prevented. For the life of me I don't know why he said they were in the plaza with Target and Kroger. I saw a a Penn station and a shoe store, if I find out it is there and I just didn't see it I will remove...
Read moreBy far the best pizza around but a lot of the workers are not the nicest. I placed an order the same thing I get every time. I’m very specific about my pizza and I always tells them 2-3 times that it has to be a thin crust pizza. Well I got there to pick it up and I always check it well it wasn’t a think crust. So I pointed it out to them and the worker started to argue about it with me. I got the manager and the worker called me a liar that he knows what ordered. Needless to say they was willing to make it right but the employee was very rude and the manager did not tell him to shut up or the customer is always right. I am very sick of hearing the excuse we are short staffed and so on. Covid’s been long over and that excuse don’t mean someone can be rude. Unfortunately, for me I only like Marcos🍕. I don’t like the other pizza places in town so now instead of telling them two or three times I tell them three or four times...
Read morePlace is a joke! I've been getting delivery from here the past 4 years. This was my first horrible experience. I called and the man who answered was rude and seemed to not know what he was doing. He said my order would be delivered in 25mins. After 50 mins I called asking what the issue was and he said I gave him the wrong address I laughed and said I'm pretty sure I know where I'm at but ok. He said he'd have it out asap. The drive comes 15mins later brought my order to me and said make sure next time you give the right address I said excuse me the guy had to of took it down Wrong. He then replied I tried texting and calling you. I said when? And to what number he rumbles off a number that's not mine. I said I called from the number I always do that should be logged in your system. How is it my fault. Anyways they were just rude, unprofessional, and lost me...
