As I was stepping into the restaurant I was greeted by a really friendly hobo who asked me how I was doing, I reciprocated (which is only appropriate) and then he complimented me on my cute kid. I said thanks and then left because I was hungry!
It was 1pm, so I was pretty sure it was going to be busy and was prepared for a wait. My son was eye balling the play area, so I got our food and in a hurry went over to visit the drink area.
This employee was cleaning the station and staring at my son, which I thought was very strange. She then looked at me and told me my son looked like someone who was going to be a "drop out".
I didn't know what to think so I ignored the idiot and went on with my time. I let my son eat, and was forced to wait for an employee to clean the play area after a kid peed on it.
I just wanted to compliment this McDonalds on the nice hobo outside of the restaurant, because he was alot nicer than the douchebags they hired!
Perhaps you should give him a job, he seems alot happier than this employee.
So, I went back a couple days later, to get a sundae for myself and my kid and they got my order wrong. They thought I ordered french fries, and obviously I didn't.
I get to the window after waiting 10 minutes from window one to window two and tell them "I didn't order this fry" when they hand me the bag.
The 17 year old girl looks at me and says "She charged you not me. What do you want me to do?"
When a customer tells you "I didn't order this." You don't stand there like a herp derp and ask "What do you want me to do."
How stupid are you? Again, another reason to hire hobo Steve (yeah I just named him).
I admit, I was pissed and let myself get pissy with her, but she deserved it and I got free fries.
Oh yeah and the manger also asked me the same question. Honestly, what is wrong with the people who work here? Or the people who hire them.
My advice, administer a basic intelligence test and you will eliminate half the crappy people out there and you will get a much better customer base b/c the people they serve will be happy when they don't have to deal with people like this.
What pisses me off about Mc Donalds, I filed a complaint with the corprate office and two weeks later I have yet to receive any kind of apology.
Guess this reflects the quality of employees in the chain restaurants because if corprate dosn't care, then I dont.
Honestly, Hobo Steve could run this restaurant alot better.

Just sat waiting for my Mobile order forever but I'm a patient person and they were busy plus i had a big order so I understand. when she finally comes out she apologizing it took so long n she just wanted to be sure I got everything. I thanked her said it was OK and start checking my order well by time I realized I was missing my happy meal and two double cheeseburgers she's long gone. so I pull around and ask in the drive thru. she nice says pull thru and I do. Upon telling the window they directed me to I hear a girl yelling in the back no no I did that order they got everything and my daughter is like we don't even have a happy meal box ok how we get everything! I told her it's ok just be patient sometimes when ur busy you think you handed something out but it was over looked let's give them a min to figure it out. they shut window and come back a min later like we need you to pull up which is annoying but again I'm being patient I've worked customer service most of my life. After we watched another entire episode on our phone and they still haven't been back out I'm pissed so I go in because I've been here at this mc donalds over an hour I could've went in somewhere and ate if I had this kind of time. You would think they would be nice considering they forgot all about us but no I'm still met with attitude and contempt didn't offer a single apology or anything else! My sick sister, who has been sick since yesterday offered to pay for my food and order it through the app. She thought it was a nice gesture until there was a problem through the app. We have never used the app before and had no idea that her phone had to physically be there. So since the order didn't go through, I had to go inside and speak with somebody, like the app said to do. The person that I talked to was by far the rudest person I have ever had to deal with at a fast food restaurant in my entire life. He was a very short man. He told me that she had to finish the order online even though I had the order number that I had to show to a crew member. After that, he told me it was MY fault and he also said rudely that we were making it harder on ourselves. And I should've took her phone to pick up the order. I tried to explain to him that she lived in Toledo and that I live in Maumee so me having her phone wouldn't have made any sense. All I was trying to do was do something nice for my sick sister and this employee was offering no solutions, only that it was all OUR fault. After about 15-20 minutes of arguing and getting no help from the employee, I ended up just reordering my food on a kiosk.
