Vito's Pizza and Subs Wernerts Corners — Restaurant in Toledo

Typically Vito’s is our households favorite pizza place. Tonight we ordered pizza for delivery and we’re very excited. The delivery driver was very kind, polite, and professional. However, once we opened the pizza…. it appeared to have had a chunk cut out of the crust. My significant other had called the store just to express concern, the phone was passed off to a female who we presume was a manager. My significant other had explained that though, yes, there were 8 pieces of pizza (as a medium should have) that there was a piece of the crust cut out and had appeared to have been done before it was cut into the 8 pieces. The manager then proceeded to make comments such as “Are you sure?” “I doubt that” “Nobody here would do that” “You need to return the WHOLE PIZZA for us to give you a new pizza”. We had fully expected to have to return the original pizza… why would we want to keep food that had a chunk of it missing? Overall, this manager’s mannerisms were very off putting for us as we were not mad, upset, nor requesting to keep the original pizza. We simply requested for a new pizza and wanted to make the location aware of how our pizza arrived. Very disappointed. Very out of character for...

Give a One Star because I think I complained about this the last time. I ordered 2 Pizzas one with 2 items and another one item and extra cheese The first one had little ingredients and hardly any cheese The second one had what was supposed to be normal like the first one with the proper cheese amount ,another words definitely no extra cheese.

Did I complain to them ... No why should I, when I can complain right here. Google Reviews are great because its here forever for everyone to read its a real payback lesson for businesses to do their right thing.. so I know I should not buy from Vito's anymore ...your right I won't. I wonder if they had my first review come up on a file and they just wanted to get rid of me so they sent bad pizzas twice. Anyways to each is own ... I will not go there again.. they are expensive and cheap as a company... Back to Little Caesars for Five bucks.. Good luck with that over price $22 for two.... I,m out Vito I would recommend getting off Google or go back to school on how to make pizzas... Have you seen Papa Johns.... Maybe a couple of you could moonlight as Pizza Spy's and learn the trade...

I have heard so much about eating gluten free and I discovered that Vito's Pizza has a gluten free option so I ordered a gluten free all meat. When I got it, I thought it was a thin crust and I was thinking they gave me the wrong pizza. I was looking for the regular crust pizza then I realized from watching a video on YouTube, that gluten free doesn't swell like regular gluten products and the video used dough to explain the difference visually. This pizza was amazing! My stomach was Happy! My stomach wasn't bloated at all like it normally us from eating regular pizza. I normally can only eat 2 pieces of regular gluten pizza because I'll get full and bloated but with the gluten free pizza, I had 4 slices with no problem and saved the rest for the next day. I was also very hungry. There is a big difference and I will stick to offering Gluten Free! Thank you Vito's for a perfectly cooked gluten free Pizza. I will be back!...
