Buzzles Shaved Ice — Restaurant in Tomball

We visited for the first time while Germanfest was happening and the young man taking orders, greeted us with a smile and such a positive attitude. He was not in a rush, but they were serving customers quickly and efficiently. He took the time to tell us about the festival and had such a kind and gracious spirit! On top of that excellent customer service, their flavors were not overly sweet and they actually went light on the syrup as requested! One of the best snocones we have had! We will definitely be back to try more...

Writing this review as I’m leaving on November 19,2023 @6:25pm On Google it says the place is open til 8pm. So I showed up and the sign said open and lights were on and there was girls inside . as I’m parking the girls inside see us and flip the sign and turn off the lights and leave. I truly don’t understand why lol. Do they not want to work ? Do they jsut want to leave early ? Like I’m sorry but if your website says 8pm why are u closing at 6:23pm ?? I'm very disappointed. I've I could give less than one I would. I'm visiting from Virginia and wanted to try this place. I got blue raspberry and grape and could not tell what I was eating. It tasted like barely flavored water. I've never tasted shaved ice so bland in my life. I honestly feel scammed. There was no where to throw it away so I handed it back to the person making them and she didn't offer to refund it...
