Visited Dripped Birria for the first—and last time today. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with a wave of heat; it was uncomfortably hot inside and especially while eating Hot Ramen soup you don’t want to be in a hot place eating a hot soup. They have also complained about this problem on a review and still have not fixed this problem either. The Music they were playing on the speakers was not very family friendly I felt like I was at a bar instead of a restaurant. To be honest being there with my 10 year old and having that music really. The woman at the front counter was very nice and patient. We ordered 3 meals, , and two drinks. When we went to get our drinks, we found they were out of ice. We had to return to the counter to ask about it, and only then were we offered ice from the back and I guess that occurs often because I saw someone complaining about this problem on a review and they still haven’t fixed the problem . Then the food arrived—and unfortunately, it was a letdown. My daughter loves Ramen and she didn’t even like it , the tacos themselves just didn’t taste great annd the seasoning was very salty and when we left we still had that salty aftertaste in our mouths,Overall, not a meal I’d return for especially for the PRICE and I don’t mind to pay for something that will be...
Read moreWhere do I start? 1.) I walked in and immediately noticed that the place was sorta messy. Like if someone cleaned the tables and swept, it wouldn’t be noticeable. 2.) The environment was made to feel like a quick in and out meal. This was understood by us and exactly what we expected, but we waited just short of an hour for what is known to be premade food (which is familiar to the people that frequent these type of establishments). This wait time was not communicated to me at first, but once I brought the issue up they explained that they are slammed with ToGo (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.) orders, which seemed to have priority. Food was definitely not worth the wait…. 3.) The food, when it finally came out would be expected to be hot, nope just warm enough to be passed as recently made. For the price, you would expect quite better quality in the preparation and presentation. I mean they gave us all our food in styrofoam containers when we were dining there. The food was good, but not near good enough to really justify the price.
This place has such hype and I see where they are aiming, which can be great but they’re failing in other aspects that ruin a...
Read moreWent here for lunch and was asked to give an honest google review (they comp'd our soft drinks). We visited the Spring location. First, the service was amazing. Everyone greets you as you walk in/leave. The general manager even came by our table to say hello and thank you. The staff was very friendly and patient. Next, the food was great. I ordered the birria noodles and my husband had the tacos with consume. Our food came out in less than 10 mins, hot and fresh. I will say that while everything tasted amazing, the consume had a heavy tomato undertone. I make birria and prefer more of a beefy flavor, but that's MY personal preference. The only negative I can comment on is the pricing. The tacos (you get 3) were $18.99 and the noodles (made with tapatio instant noodles) were $11.99. I understand with birria you're paying more for the time that goes in to making it, but the price point is a bit high for what you're getting. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to going back. I will definitely recommend this place to...
