I found what I needed in Michael's and it was on sale so that was great! I bought 12 scrapbook containers. Six of the containers were in a box at the very top of the shelf, they hadn't been unpacked yet. As I was checking out, the cashier, Sheryl, told me I couldn't keep the box because they needed it for display purposes. This box was not on display, it was at the very top of the shelf, where items are put that are not yet on display. I explained this and asked if I could keep it anyway since I had so many containers to carry out to my car. She didn't want me to have the box so she called another employee so they could confirm that I couldn't have the box. That employee actually brought up a box for me to take... what do you know, it looked like the exact same box that the cashier said I couldn't have! The same shipping labels and all. So basically Sheryl, was just being mean and rude and just didn't want me...

Was buying buy 3 get 3 bracelets . Went to self checkout looks like the system didn’t take it . I pushed the button waiting for assistance. Once all the customer were gone a cashier came and said she will help and took me to her screen. Another customer was there and the cashier took her first. Then another cashier came to help. She was very rude. She said she was going to look at the sign . She came back saying “ obviously I the system was going to take the cheapest item” . I was in shocked how it was said so rude and the word “ obvious “. I asked another question nicely and she said “ you are not understanding”. I’m an adult and I was nice and polite there is no need to speak in a harsh tone and those words need to change. I didn’t want to buy anything after she said that.
