updated review.
Just visited a few moments ago with my wife, ahead of her birthday dinner, which we had planned to celebrate here on the 24th. What a letdown.
The lack of consistency was truly disappointing. The food was terrible, and the service was lackluster at best. I hate writing reviews like this, but I couldnât let it slide.
This place went from being one of the best restaurants Iâve ever dined at to one of the worst experiences Iâve had. When a restaurant is nearly empty, as it was during our visit, you would expect more attention to the guest experience. Unfortunately, that wasnât the case.
The quality of the food was way off. The tuna wontons were slimy and didnât taste right. The shishito peppers were greasy and flavorless. The burrata was bland and uninspired. On top of that, the server didnât offer us an extra plate to share the appetizers, which felt like a strange oversight for a place that prides itself on grazing-style dining.
I left feeling really disappointed, embarrassed for the owners, and honestly a bit worried. The ahi tuna was not kosher in the figurative sense â it tasted off, and now Iâm just hoping it doesnât come back to bite us later.
I was genuinely looking forward to this visit, but it fell short in every way. âââââââââââââââââââââââ
Graze is a culinary gem! and one of the best meals weâve had, anywhere.
My wife and I just walked out of this place absolutely floored. Every single dish was a knockout! layered, intentional, and packed with flavor. You donât get this kind of food by accident. You get it when a chef gives a damn. This wasnât dinner. It was art.
Just wanted to point out some of the negative reviews here that almost kept me and my wife from visiting this gem. (You are doing the devils work)
I saw the complaints about portion sizes and pricing, if youâre poor just say youâre poor. If you think this place isnât worth it, itâs because you have no clue what good food actually is. This isnât a place to fill your fridge with leftover, itâs where you come to experience world class cuisine, made with precision and passion. If youâre comparing this to chain restaurants or think quantity equals quality, youâre not ready for this level of dining. And thatâs okay. Stay in your lane.
Weâve eaten at some of the top spots across NYC, LA, Europe, you name it and Graze holds its own with any of them. The fact that itâs in Tomball, Texas? Unreal. Total hidden gem. Tomball you have a winner here.
Service was flawless! Steve, our server, was sharp, warm, and gave us the perfect amount of attention. The whole night ran like clockwork.
Bottom line: if you appreciate real culinary skill, go to Graze. If youâre just looking to eat until you hate yourself, stick to the dollar menu.
Graze you just earned yourself regulars.
FYI: we were wearing T-shirts jeans and super casual footwear. For the people lying about being turned...

Cons: It took awhile for anyone to acknowledge us and the food was subparâŠdefinitely overpriced for what it is
My mother and I tried this place out for a Sunday brunch. I live downtown, but often visit my mother in Tomball. I was excited to see that Tomball finally has a trendy style weekend brunch spot. Unfortunately, I probably wonât be heading back.
After being seated, it took about ten minutes for anyone to bring us water or ask if we wanted anything to drink/place our order. There was a busy ten top on the back patio with us, but many of the tables inside were unoccupied (reserved for later). Iâm really not sure why it took so long. Our server, once we met him, was lovely. He was definitely the highlight of the brunch, along with all the other waitstaff who offered to go bags or spoke with us on our way in/out.
We ordered the shrimp and grits, corned beef hash and chicken and waffles. The shrimp were nicely sized and the grits were flavorful. I didnât exactly love the flavor, but it was the most edible of the three dishes we tried. We also ordered a corned beef hash. The dish lacked flavor and wasnât very hot. The meat had lots of unrendered fatty bits, the bread was soggy and the potatoes tasted undercooked and bland. The chicken and waffles had the same issues. The waffle was soggy, the fried chicken wasnât crunchy and was served lukewarm. The chicken reminded me of those Tyson bagged tenders if you microwave vs. putting them in the oven.
Maybe we just caught Graze on a bad day? Maybe they were in a rush and just trying to push food out too fast? At $18 for two of the plates and $13 for the other (plus tip), it was overpriced (and disappointing) for what it was on the day we went. I donât know if I would risk trying it again. It was also a bit off putting that the manager (or maybe it was the owner) came out to check on another table on the patio, but neglected to stop by and ask us how we had...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in our experience. Although the food portions were small and the chicken was low quality, I can look past that. Our server shorted us approximately $10 but then promptly corrected it. No big deal. On the way home however, my husband and I were discussing how we were disappointed in the high price of the low quality we received. I said I couldnt believe that our entrees were $30 and he said no, the menu said $23. Upon further investigation online I realized we must have been given old menus. I decided I should call before leaving a review as I believe they should be given a chance to rectify their mistake. The female manager on the phone immediately had a poor attitude in her tone of voice. I very politely explained the issue (even though she clearly had a chip on her shoulder about my phone call) and she claims that she, in that maybe 30 second moment, checked all 55 menus and that they all said $30. Absolutely no way. She did not care at all about the quality issue. Very sarcastic and facetious. I would be furious if one of my employees handled this situation the way that she did. Absolutely horrible business practice the way she communicated. I held a very calm and polite demeanor but decided at that point I was obligated to leave a review. I will not be back. I will be trying to get a hold of higher management so they are aware of how their management handles their customer service. Make sure you triple check your menus pricing as well as your receipts and your change. $100 totally wasted...
