I would give this no stars if I could and I LOVE pizza hut pizza. I will ONLY eat pizza hut pizza so the fact that this happened really agitates me as a loyal customer. Being a former delivery driver for a pizza franchise I understand how difficult it is to get orders on time everytime, especially in rush hour traffic. But common courtesy is to call that customer and keep them informed about their food at the very LEAST! What happened on the night of Saturday the 19th of May is unacceptable and this location has lost my business forever. We placed our online delivery order later in the evening knowing rush hour would be done and we also live quite close to the location, 2 miles away to be exact... so when we placed our order for 3 2 topping pizzas we figured it would take an hour tops. So delivery time should be 11pm or before. We waited, and waited, and waited, until about 11:30 we start to wonder where the food is. We call the call center, they say at 11:32 our order shows that it is in route and has already left the store. Okay cool! Were getting very hungry. So around MIDNIGHT we decide to call the call center back since we have not hear from the delivery driver or the store manager (who ever closed that night) of course the call center is CLOSED NOW. So by this point we are very agitated so I send my husband down to the store itself to see what in the world is going on. He calls me when he gets there and informs me that the store has no idea what we are talking about that our order does NOT exist, it probably went to a different store. Let's stop right there and PRETEND it did go to another store. This manager did not offer a refund, discount, to call the other store, to remake the order, not a damn thing. We were just suppose to be out the 40 bucks... anyways right about that time the delivery driver FROM THIS LOCATION calls my personal cell and asks "hey um, so, did you still want the pizza?" Um YES I PAID FOR IT AND I WANT IT?! What kind of silly question is that? Anyways he says that he is 10 min from my place and 2 mins away from the store (remember we live 2 miles away) I told him that I had people at the store waiting for him to get back and they would bring the pizza home. This is at 12:10am on Sunday the 20th now. He hangs up and I call my husband back and tell him this, he tells the manager on duty that night the same info, the manager says that what I have said is not true. About that time the delivery driver pulls up and i hear my husband on the other end say "this is your driver and he has my pizza in his car" the manager responds "no he does not" to which my husband says "no you are lying, he does, watch I will go get it from him out of his car" at this time he hangs up the phone with me and gets our 3 pizzas out of the deliver drivers car. The manager finally apologized and said he did not know the driver went on the run... that being the ONLY thing he apologized for. My husband asked for a refund to which he replied I dont know if I can do that. So all in all the chewy like warm pizza finally made it home by 12:30am, 2.5 hours after the order was placed and we paid for not only the pizza but the deliver charge as well. The manager did not refund one penny of any of the money we spent. I love pizza hut pizza but this put a very bad taste in a very loyal customers mouth....
Read moreOrdered delivery a few weeks ago and they forgot my wings. Called the store and no one would answer the phone. Mind you, it was about an hour before they closed. Okay, no big deal.. every place has a few bad eggs and it was a $5 order of wings. Tried calling for about 15 mins and gave up. I wasn't going to make it an issue. Ordered delivery 2 weeks ago, and again, NO WINGS. Called the store not even 5 minutes after the driver left and spoke to the manager. They were left at the store and would be sent out. Wasn't upset about that either. Mistakes happen, especially when restaurants are busy, and I live only 7 minutes from this location. Assumed it would take about 30 to get them back here.. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER STILL NO WINGS. So I called the store.. they hung up on me twice. I could hear them pick up the phone and hang it back up. Annoying. Got transferred to call center twice. Other times the phone just rang. Took 30 mins of calling before getting an answer. Their excuse? The driver had other deliveries and she was the only one there. At 3pm on a Thursday. It took over 2 hours to get them to my apt. The manager was audibly annoyed the first time I called, and the second. Offered to credit me for the $20 order since my pizza was cold by the time I got everything I paid for. Told him I would be happy with a $5 credit to cover the wings and fresh ones cooked, since I didn't trust them to not try and send me the old ones. They never gave it to me. Instead, they put 4 extra wings on the order they sent out. The driver was really nice, but the lack of customer service at the store makes the issues I've had with them 10x worse. I'm pretty understanding but being hung up on and having to talk to a manager with a sh*t attitude every time they mess up isn't acceptable. I will say that when I actually get my food, its always hot and made correctly. If they could fix their issues in store, this would be a good location...
Read moreWe ordered online, 2 wing orders and a big box deal that included 2 pizzas, pasta and cheesesticks. The order took an hour and 10 minutes. We live 5 minutes from the store. When we received our order it was cold and the wings were not done properly. They were basically chicken nuggets thrown into a bowl of sauce. They weren’t even tossed. There was no pasta and we got regular breadsticks without sauce. When I tried to call the store they give you 3 options 1 to place an order, 2 to edit a current order and 3 for complaints. When I pressed 3 it said the number was out of order. I then looked on the receipt to find that there wasn’t a number! So I called again and pressed 1, they lady that answered transferred me to a disconnected number. So I called again and when Cynthia said she would transfer me to a manager I said no that number is disconnected. She then told me that she works from home . What can she possibly do when she works from home?! So I then went to the store and returned the food and asked for my money back. This store is absolutely filthy. There was a pest control form at the front desk. Also other orders up to be delivered but the guys were outside smoking cigarettes. I asked for a full refund. He said it would take 24 hours for it to be back on the card. Also when doing the transaction he took my receipts but that’s fine because I took pictures of them for my own records. He also tried to keep the refund receipt but I asked for that. I would not order from this location. It honestly should...
