PetSuites of America, Inc. Official Site how about you take care of your employees mistakes & contact Santa Martinez Ramirez who has her Bella suffering cause of them‼️‼️ 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 Picked up my dog Luna after a weekend stay 10/5/23-10/8/23 and she ran straight into a wall. Her eye was severely injured. I rushed back and asked them what happened. Petsuites stated they were unaware of her injury. I rushed her to UrgentVet where I was told she had a deep corneal ulcer and needed emergency surgery. I've spoken to the manager several times and on 10/19 they offered to pay her existing vet bills of $500. Our girl's vet bills haven't been paid because we chose to escalate in hopes of getting her the surgery she desperately needs. Her surgery is $2100. I explained to them that if she doesn't get the surgery asap then her eye will perforate and her chances for losing her vision increase. I have yet to hear back. Her eye DID PERFORATE and now the estimated cost is $2900 to repair it. If unsuccessful, she will need her ONLY EXISTING EYE REMOVED, leaving her completely BLIND. That cost is $1600. I've made serveral attempts to call the corporate number and no answer. I've emailed the marketing leader which is the contact the manager gave me and no response as of yet. Every day that goes by is a risk. I feel that no one is taking responsibility for what happened under their care. At the time it happened, they stated "there was no proof it happened during her stay." The fact that she was under their care for 4 days and NO ONE even knew her her eye was red, goopy, foggy blue with a hole in the middle, should be concerning enough. I have been both patient and polite and feel completely unheard so I'm reaching out here. They need to be held accountable for what happened and understand...
Read moreWe had a great experience at Petsuites. We chose them for our puppies first extended stay experience based on overall reviews, the great information provided on their website and the wonderful information I received when I called with questions. Booking was easy and upon arrival, the team at the front desk was very friendly and attentive to Baxter. I was worried about him being a bit crazy because he's only 5 1/2 months old and hasn't yet been socialized, but they really put us at ease. One of the girls gave us a full tour of the facility, and showed us around, including training, kennels, playroom and outdoor areas. It was feeding time, so it was pretty loud in there with all the very excited pups!! Before leaving for our trip, we explained all the " stuff" we included in Baxters bag and the girls patiently answered all our questions. We felt good as we left. While on vacation we loved getting the pawgress reports and were surprised to see several photos and a couple videos attached! Our fur baby was clearly having fun! Extending his stay was no problem, when our flight home was severely delayed. They were very understanding. At pickup, Baxter was clean and smelled great from his bath. He looked great and was excited to see us. His demeanor and personality were the same, but he picked up some great new habits and manners, thanks to help from the trainer and the team. 🙂 I would definitely recommend Petsuites! The workers are great kids/ people that really love pets, so kudos to management for hiring good, caring individuals. Working in pet resorts and boarding facilities is not an easy job at all and we really appreciate the team taking good care of our baby, just like they would want someone to do for their own...
Read moreIt was our first time boarding our two Cane Corso’s and we have never mingled them with other dogs and not to much with people outside our family. We chose to board at the Tomball/ Woodlands location on Huffmeister Rd. We were very hesitant not knowing how they would behave with strangers and all the dogs barking. They boarded together in the luxury suite that Pet Suites offers. This definitely helped give us a peace of mind. We were able to see them on video in their suite and interactions in most locations in the facility. They boarded for 6 days and the staff took such go care of them. I watched them everyday on video periodically and they were doing well. The facility kept in contact with me when I messaged with questions their responses were fast. This will definitely be our go to for our babies from now...
