Craft Breakfast Club is such a gem — definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area! We stopped in on a Monday morning and were pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to find parking and how calm the atmosphere was, even though the place clearly has a steady flow of regulars.

From the moment we walked in, the service was top of the line — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without being overbearing. It really set the tone for a relaxed, happy experience. The space itself is super cute and clean, with modern touches and a fun vibe that makes it feel fresh but cozy.

Now for the food and drinks — the lattes were fantastic, and I was especially excited to see they offer non-dairy and sugar-free options, which can be hard to find at breakfast spots. Huge plus for those with dietary needs or preferences.

One of the biggest highlights for us was the fried green tomatoes — crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I’d absolutely come back just for those. We also had an omelet and one of the potato mix plates (I can’t remember the exact name), and while the omelet was good, the potatoes were definitely overcooked and a little disappointing. They were tough and lacked the soft, savory bite you’d hope for.

On the flip side, the fajita meat was excellent — so tender and well-seasoned, and the queso it came with was rich and delicious. You could tell those components were made with care and quality ingredients.

We didn’t try many alcoholic drinks, but I did notice they have a good variety, and the people around us seemed to be enjoying them — it’s definitely the kind of place where you could meet a friend for a boozy brunch and have a great time.

Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Craft Breakfast Club. A few small misses, but the highs made up for them. Clean, charming, and full of thoughtful touches that make it stand out. I’ll definitely be back, especially for the coffee and those fried...

I went with my mom for Sunday brunch. I could tell on Google they were very busy between 10 and 11:30am so we arrived around 11:45a/12p and were seated right away. Our server was full of info for all the questions we asked and made excellent recommendations. We had some raspberry mimosas first (def on the sweeter side), then we tried mimosas with a mix of pineapple and cranberry (less sweet, super delicious). I also ordered a craft Bloody Mary with the horseradish infused vodka. Very nice. We had the fried green tomatoes app and asked for a bit of their Cajun remoulade on the side. They were very crispy and were great with both sauces. My mom had the chicken and waffles Benedict and I had the Savannah Benedict (with smoked pulled pork on a house biscuit with Cajun remoulade and poached egg). Both were really tasty. Ordered the Texas millionaire bacon to go. Just a warning, the bacon is spicy! I loved it but it was too spicy for my mom. As I was getting a bite of my mom's dish, I accidentally knocked her poached egg on the floor - we let the hostess know so nobody would slip on it. It was very promptly cleaned up and the manager came by and surprised us with two fresh poached eggs. We did not ask for them but it just went to show how much they care about the service for their guests and their attention to detail. I was impressed and happy to see that great service does still exist in some places!! Overall, it was an exceptional experience and the only thing I would have changed about the visit was to open the shades to let more light in. Otherwise, they were completely perfect. Will...

Terrible! 30 minute wait, we sat down at the table and waited 30 minutes for two biscuits. Then an hour for two breakfast orders. One chicken fried steak, one waffle and chicken Benedict. The chicken fried steak and eggs came out cold to the table, then the Benedict they messed up so told me they had to remake it… the waitress was new but still.. this place is overrated, I told the waitress we were done and were just going to leave after a total of two hours, no food that was worth waiting for! She got us the manager, lol… she offered to give us gift card because we literally did not want to wait any longer for the food to be redone. We were over it! She didn’t write the amount on the gift card so after we left, I had to call her and ask. $25.00 which was a joke for such a TERRIBLE experience and waste of time. I turned around and gave the gift card to a big group of girls celebrating a birthday because I will NEVER...

Just outside The Woodlands, it's primarily a rentable event venue and doubles as a breakfast restaurant until 2 PM. It carries the style from the main restaurant, Craft Grill, which may be too moody and dark of a vibe to start the day. Still, and most importantly, the food and drinks were excellent, and the value keeps this restaurant busy; expect a wait on the weekend. Despite being dark, the restaurant looked clean, and the staff was attentive, with quite a bit of hustle and bustle. Once seated, the service was fast and accurate. I wouldn't come for a healthy breakfast, but this is a welcome menu for weekend comfort. Indoor and outdoor seating was available, and the chairs were comfortable enough. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised, and I'll be going back.
