I ordered 3 items, I got 2 of them & they were delicious. The drive-thru person was fantastic too. However, I did not get my 3-pack of street brisket tacos for about $9. It was not in the bag, I drove away and discovered a few minutes later that the phone number doesn't work. There is no way to reach someone on site because phone calls are transferred to an unknown computer voice to leave a message. No one ever calls back. I never got the items and I can't reach someone to get a refund or any kind of communication. Terrible first experience, I feel ripped off now !!
4 days later:
I got a response the next day from the owner to send a copy of my receipt ( which I did immediately) so he can make this right with me. That was 3 days ago, now I ghosted! Apparently, this promise to make it right, for the order rec'd was shorted by 1/3 of my purchased items, was an empty promise.
Still the phone number of the location doesn't work!

Read moreI went to the drive-thru and immediately the guy on it sounded like he didn’t want to be there. I told him I was looking at the menu and that when I’d be ready, I’d let him know. Not even a minute later and he asked in a very condescending way if I was done. After I told him AGAIN, that I was looking at the menu, he scoffed and didn’t reply. You’d think they’d have a long line or even be busy, but it was pretty empty and there was no line whatsoever. I was literally the only car on the drive-thru and now I know why.
I ordered my food and when I asked to sub chips for beans, the guy scoffed again, like pressing buttons on a screen is too much! I got my food and when I got home, not only was the food utterly disgusting, the beans I ordered with the food, were undercooked.
I live like two minutes away and I will go out of my way to never go back to this location again. I’d rather drive 15-20 minutes to another location so I don’t have to deal with the abysmal...

Second time they answered and said I could come in to pick up the missing items. Really? I ordered delivery (of which the Uber driver was really nice). So when I reiterated that I couldn't come in, they said well come in tomorrow and get it. I said no, just give me a refund. He said they couldn't do that because it was an online order. Really? Don't waste your time or money here! These people (at least at this location) should not be in the restaurant (fast food) business.
