Im extremely disappointed with this B-dubs. Ive been going fairly consistently to the B-dubs that was on 2920 and Kuykendahl and always received average to poor service. I've told management multiple times, nothing changed. I was hoping with this new location, there would be a change. Sadly not, I have gone THREE times since the opening last Monday, because I love B-dubs, and each time the AC has been unbearably cold, we have told servers, hosts, and managers, and nothing has changed. I was told by a host "I'm sorry whenever it's really busy they turn the AC on blast and I guess they forget to turn it off", I don't know how you forget to turn off your AC when even servers are complaining to customers about how cold it is. A woman was wearing a winter coat, and her husband was wearing her scarf around his body and we were joking about how cold it was in front of corporate trainers. Yes this was opening day and there were literally atleast ten management staff present but none of them were trained on how to use a thermostat. On top of this, our food came out an hour late, a manager brought it out an hour and 15 minutes later and asked US if it was still warm. He told us that he would get us a new batch of fries because he "didn't like the quality". We got our checks. We had to ask our waitress over her vacuuming to get our fries which we waited for for 30 minutes. Not her fault, management was yelling at her about hurrying up her closings while they sat in a booth talking to a guest, while she still had a table. Extremely unprofessional. We got there at 11:15 and didn't leave until 12:20, we ate our food in under ten minutes. I had just got off an 8 hour shift with my management team and we were looking to eat and go, we weren't trying to run up there labor. The only ray of hope at that location is Corbin Hansen, a brand new server who jokes with us and actually tells us updates on how long the food will take. God bless you Corbin, hang on brother, because it's hard to work in an environment with no motivation and no energy, also without a jacket. I'm going to continue coming so I hope this is a wake up call, if nothing happens I will talk to corporate. Now I'm...

As soon as you're seated look for the wetnaps - you'll need them because your table is probably very sticky or dirty. The wait staff will take about 15 minutes to get to you depending on when you go (I suspect they're doing a lot of training?) just to take your drink order which will give you plenty of time to browse the menu and get an idea of what you want to eat. Once you place your order you'll be ignored for another 20 minutes, which you only notice because your drink has been empty for 10 minutes and you've had trouble flagging any of the "busy looking staff" during that time. They will NOT make eye contact with anyone, it has to be part of their training.
I had problems with the last location, and feel like I'm just trading issues with the new one.
If a better wing place would open up out here it would be most appreciated - this one doesn't deserve it's customers.
UPDATE This place still sucks and managed to lower the bar even further. First, they took mushrooms off the menu, which I've never been to a respectable wing place that didn't have fried mushrooms. Second, it took an hour to get five wings and "potato chips" which were soggy and cold when they arrived. There were four people sitting at the tables in the bar area and somehow was neglected by a wait staff that seemed to outnumber their patrons 3 to 1. I've never seen so many "busy" waiters not waiting on tables. In the hour and a half I was there my drink (Dr pepper) was refilled twice. This place sucks. I realize it seems like I'm picking on this place, but honestly I've never had a great experience here and if I could save someone from wasting their money here I'll update this review until this place either fixes their systemic problems or shuts down. Get it together or make room for a better place to come in like you did with your last location...

Long Version: I ordered wings online from this location and the site said they would be ready in about 30 minutes. I went to the restaurant about 30 minutes later and the online order tracker said that my order was ready. I was told that my order was not ready yet, but that it would be soon. I sat at the restaurant and waited for another hour and was told multiple times that my order was almost ready or that they “were bagging it up right now”. After an hour, I finally gave up and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money.
I submitted a comment through BWW’s website and received what at best was a half-hearted apology. Then to my chagrin, I checked my credit card and saw that they had in fact still charged my credit card for the order. I contacted them again through their website to ask for a reimbursement. I then received a phone call (despite indicating that I wanted to be contacted through email). When I returned the call, Andrew acted very put-off to be having to talk to me, like it was unreasonable to have to refund me for the food his restaurant never delivered. He gathered some basic information to be able to process the refund and then told me it would take two weeks. There was no apology or any amount of concern about the thoroughly unacceptable service offered by his restaurant.
If you have a couple hours to spare, are ok with mediocre wings, aren’t that hungry, and don’t care if you every actually get the food you ordered then give this place a shot. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and chose one of the many other restaurants in the area (May I suggest Wingstop. On the night in question I ended up ordering wings from there. They were ready in 18 minutes and they were delicious. Also, the employees actually realized that providing food was part...
