I didn't know it was possible to want to give less than one star to a place. This DD is a wreck. I watched a man pour regular coffee into someones cup claiming it was decaf. Went in at 6am on a different day and the lights were off and a kid very rudely informed me that they had no coffee and to go to a different Dunkin. The sandwich I ordered was made wrong at least three times and it was cold and clearly freezer burnt and then they chose to inform me they didn't have what I wanted so they picked the closest thing. Nothing was clean and the bathroom was always out of service and the one time it wasn't it was backed up with human feces. The only reason I kept going was because of how close my house was to it and now I'll drive out of my way to avoid it. The two 'GENTLEMEN' on the speakers were cursing and left one poor girl to do their work for them in the morning while they informed her they were going out to smoke. Left a $1 tip for her out of pity since she actually tried to make my order and was very nice about the piss poor experience. She greets me every time I come in with a smile and I always see her helping her coworkers and correcting their mistakes. Spoke to a manger once about a man overcharging me in drive thru and realized it was him that overcharged me. Tried to call company number listed and all I got was static. This is unacceptable and I've given up redemption...
Read moreThis is the absolute worst establishment in Toms River. I'm basing my review off of at least a dozen separate trips hoping that service and quality would improve. Today was the most unacceptable transaction in history. I was told to park because they were running behind and didn't want to back up the line. So I did. Three other people were additionally instructed to do the same thing. What is the point of a drivethru? Please tell me. Next, a worker ran out carrying bags which were crushed between his arms, and telling for each of us to tell him what we ordered. He gave 2 of the people who ordered after me theirs and when I asked him about mine, he was clueless. Then after tell him what I paid for, he goes back inside where I wait for another 10 minutes parked outside, then comes out with my sandwich order. I ask yim where my coffee is and he said there wasn't one. So back inside he goes, where I wait another 5 minutes. Finally he comes out with my coffee, hands it to me and doesn't even give me so much as an apology before running away again. My coffee was made wrong to make matters worse. I'm done with this DD. It might as well close down now because pretty soon, there won't be an customers left. There are 2 other DD's in the same location who will be receiving my business from here on our. Poor customer service and poor quality....
Read moreSo on Mon morning 6/19/22 I ordered a coffee and grill cheese at the drive through. As the woman is extending to hand me the coffee the top comes off and the whole cup splashed my arm and watch , the whole drivers side door inside and outside , part of my dashboard and the woman yells back inside for everyone to make sure the lids are on tight . She apologized handed me a handful of napkins and said she would charge me for the grill cheese only! She did ask me if I was ok but I was still in shock as to what happened as I was in a rush to get to work. My arm was irritated at the time but I figured I would live .Once I got to work I tried to call all morning to speak to a manager and no answer. After work I stopped by to speak to a manager the least they could do is cover my dry cleaning and car wash (did I mention the coffee went down into the window track and I had coffee smear all over the window?) Anyway no manager present just two young workers who were very nice and I had one of them take pics of my car and call the manager/owner. They replied to the worker to take my info and they will call me tomorrow. Well that’s seems a little long for a response to this type of incident but I waited . The next day had come and gone an no call at all . Just an apology and a little sympathy would go a long way...
