Dunkin' — Restaurant in Toms River

I didnt wanna leave a bad review bc the workers here are really nice but i just cant stand it anymore. Been coming here several times a week for years bc its close to my house and open late but it just keeps getting worse and worse. Had to stop eating the donuts bc theyre so bad. Theres only a few kinds i like and lately they never have them. Sugared is gone from the menu completely and most the time i come theyre out of vanilla frosted or jelly. Or when they do have them they taste soggy and stale bc they dont bake them in-house anymore. Just gross. No wonder they removed the "Donuts" part from the title.

So i stopped getting the donuts and just stick to ordering my cappuccino but lately they cant even get that right. Cant taste the espresso, theres no foam and its not even hot. Just tastes like a cup of luke warm milk with a drop of coffee.

So i switched to a macchiato bc the worker told me its stronger. Got one yesterday morning and it was really good. Came back today to get the same thing and it tastes awful. Tastes just as bad as the cappuccinos have lately. Cant even taste the espresso and theres zero foam at all. How can a cup of coffee be so consistently inconsistent? Its infuriating. For over $5 per drink youd think they could at least be consistent but nope they screw it up constantly.

I wish there was a different option for drive-thru coffee near here bc i would drop this place in an instant and never look back. I will be going in tomorrow morning and demanding a free macchiato that actually tastes like a macchiato bc ive spent a ton of money at this place and im tired of getting screwed over. The older woman working the drive-thru window is so nasty and rude. Originally I ordered 35 munchkins because 50 would be more than I needed however when I arrived at the window the cost for 35 munchkins was almost 14 dollars so I asked to get 50 instead because that was the same price. She immediately told me no, I already checked you out. Great customer service! Then another guy came to the window to give me my order and I asked him if I can get 50 instead of the 35 and he said absolutely, no problem. He proceeded to give me the extra munchkins and asked the older rude women if he should charge me for extra, which I had no problem at all paying for, or if they should just forget it since I was already checked out. She immediately said “no charge her”. So I wound up paying 5 more dollars for a 50 count munchkin box.
