After a long wait to order a scrambled egg, sausage and cheese sandwich, the cost was $10.04 plus tax which differed from the $9.75 posted. Then I took out cash and it became $9.75 plus tax - but nobody told you there was a 3% surcharge automatically for credit.and there’s no sign saying it. I then waited 25 minutes, along with several others. I finally got my sandwich. When I got home to eat it, it was a fried egg - not scrambled. If I wait 25 min for a sandwich, I at least want it to be what I ordered. Formosa continues to over-extend itself. The previous owner would have made it right and given me a coconut custard pie then and there. Bad business in my opinion. Moral of story: open your order before you leave. As for myself. I am going to find a bakery as good in...
