This a complete scam! I'm a reasonable person, but they are literally stealing money from people here. Please look at these pictures prior to booking as all of the photos that are posted on the internet are not of this place. This is less of a motel and more of a crackhouse with a dirty pool. The first picture here is of a guy who introduced himself as "Moe". After giving us our keys, we walked up trash filled stairs to a place that I could only describe as a prison cell. The photos here speak for themselves. When I asked for a refund given the condition of the room, Moe refused. It's clear that they are running a fairly lucrative scam here by selling space that does not exist and then only refunding each visitor for one night. I watched at least three people do the same thing we did in the 45 minutes I was on the property. When we complained to Moe his only response was that "you get what you pay for" referencing the slightly more expensive spaces in the area. Travelocity called Moe directly to have him waive the fee and permit a full refund and he refused. My next step is to check in on what is possible legally here. It's honestly not about MY money as it's not a huge hardship for me to lose 100+ dollars, it's the fact that they are stealing money from people who it might be.

Jersey Shore's greatest hidden gem! Upon approaching the property, I was immediately greeted by the friendliest security team I never knew could even exist. They opened the gates, allowing my passage to the resort, which was a beautifully maintained road lined with palms and other exotic flora. After the short drive to the check-in building, my car was taken by the valet team, a team I know I could even trust my very own life with! Already astounded by the immaculate architecture and interior design of the building, a guide then showed me to my room. Behold, a room that walked a fine line between Sistine Chapel and Paris' Louvre. The generous amount of room given is also nothing to shrug, I had to remind myself that I wasn't actually staying at Yankee Stadium with every time I thought of how easily I could have played baseball in the master bathroom! Between the marvelous property, and the gregarious staff, it was truly an experience that was too good to be true.

This property is terrible with a capital T. Mold in rooms set off my asthma and we left after one night. In addition: * broken and unusable patio furniture * dirty tub with sand and peeling paint * mold/mildew permeated everywhere (we had two separate rooms) * caulking around sink and floor tiles were clear DIY jobs * threadbare bedspreads * doorjam had clear marks of being broken into multiple times * no lock on door to street (one even had no doorknob) * hot water had NO temperature regulator. Could easily scald yourself. * holes in wall patched but not repainted * rooms are tiny (HOW did they get such nice pictures for their listings?) You are paying mid-tier hotel rates for hostel/tenement accommodations. Frontdesk attendant assured us that the remainder of our stay would be refunded to our credit card. It is now three weeks later and nothing. Cannot call them because no one answers the phone. Cannot email because there is no email.

The location is great, close to the beach. The service was great when we got there.....that's where it all ends. The rooms did not look like the pictures, not even close. ( The manager claimed they were renovated, that's why they didn't look the same, lol they should have put them back then. They destroyed them ) Hallways look like they haven't been swept in years. The room had falling ceiling tiles, stains all over the vanity bench, toilet broken, missing door handles, the room smelled musty. ( kind of expected do to being an old beach hotel ) However there is definitely mold in there. My son has asthma and couldn't sleep due to coughing all night. The beds are nothing more than metal frames and the pool isn't much bigger than a whirlpool. We stayed the first night because we didn't really know what else to do. But the night of not being able to breathe and the roof leaking in my friends room on the third floor, on her daughter's head and her asthma issues as well. That was enough. The manager tried to convince us to stay. He was actually nice at first. Offered to credit the rest of the stay for 2 rooms, but Said he could do nothing about the other 2 rooms because they were booked online. After discussion with booking site we found we needed his permission to cancel the rooks ( so he lied) We are currently disputing charges and had to move 3 families to a different hotel. Losing a day of our vacation. Don't come here unless yoi have no other choice, and then still sleep in your car. I am an avid traveler and choose discount hotels alot. This place...

I have seen a lot of bad reviews for this place. I disagree wholeheartedly and for what you are paying for it, it's the perfect shore stay. My room was very clean and comfortable. I had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. The wifi worked great, I had no issues connecting. The staff / manager were exceptionally helpful, kind and attentive. I was continually asked if I had what I needed and was offered help carrying things to the room or to my car as I was on my own. I felt safe and was never bothered by any "riff raff" you may expect when staying somewhere that is not a chain 5 star hotel. I had great neighbors and had a wonderful time here. The location was exceptional. A VERY short walk to the boardwalk / beach area. You cannot get a better deal on a closer place for the price. If you are looking for a luxury hotel to stay inside the entire time you are at the shore, this isn't for you. You cannot expect a Hilton for the nightly charge here. However, I personally come to the shore to be AT THE SHORE, on the shore and on the boardwalk. I am just in the room to sleep, change and shower. I am not a snob or a Karen and was so grateful for this place and this trip. As a single one income household mother, I can finally afford to vacation at my favorite shore point regularly. I will absolutely be back and will bring my daughter with me. If I could rate this place 10 stars I would to counteract all the the bad reviews given. I have stayed at much worse hotels on this shoreline, and let me tell you this one was by far the best...
