I have gone to Starbucks thousands of times and to many locations even in different states. The customer service is usually amazing as well as the drinks⦠but NOT HERE. WENDY!!!!!!!!! Was incredibly rude! She saw my phone and assumed I was making a full payment with it, but when I tried to explain I wanted to make the other half of the payment with my debit card since I didnāt have enough on the app, she goes āwell you could have just said thatā in a nasty tone. Then she took my debit card out of my hand and then shoved the digital scanner in my face to āmake a tip.ā She was just very nasty, controlling, and disrespectful. I will never go back. He was friendly courteous and very apologetic for the error. He went out of his way to make sure I received the correct order. I will definitely continue to use this location only due to the fact of his actions in this matter. Too many business today care less about the customer. I was ready to find a different location until I spoke to and met Eddie. Starbucks you definitely need more employees like this....
