White Castle — Restaurant in Toms River

I’ve been to this particular white castle multiple times and I’ve never had an issue up until today. This is my go to spot and favorite spot in the area, but today it was an epic fail. I came about 4 o’clock in the morning because I didnt eat nothing all day, and for some reason I was craving some mozzarella sticks with onion rings. Let me start off by saying the mozzarella sticks was very mushy, the cheese was bussing out the mozzarella sticks was sticking together. It didn’t have any type of crunch to it. They were very soft and disgusting, the onion rings were not cooked all the way they were warm and I had to go back in line and have them remake my food. When I went back in line, the onion rings were hot, but not as crispy as I would have liked them to be, the mozzarella sticks still wasn’t cooked long enough, at this point I was a bit annoyed because I spent 12.88 for my food, and that’s a lot to not have your food cooked properly. Everything was flavorless and just terrible. This was my first bad experience with this location. I would go visit again, but I don’t like my food to be rushed and I like my food to be made right so hopefully the team can talk to their associates or employees and guide them into cooking food properly. Back in the day when you walked into a WC there was the rich aroma of caramelized onions and the burgers steaming over them. Those days are gone. The burger patties are thin and without much flavor. The onions are not caramelized and they lack flavor as well. What I crave is those .25 burgers from my youth, all be it 45 years ago how they were addictively delicious. It was movies and after WC. Many companies want more profit so they skimp on quality ingredients. They cut the serving size by a small percentage but up the price. WC let’s get back to basics. Drop all the other menu items because they are revolting. Focus on the original recipe with high quality ingredients and people will once again buy them by the sack. I'll start with the good food was very good but service on the other hand was horrible went to drive through had a 3 dollar off coupon off my purchase got to Window gave it to the guy along with my debit card he looked at coupon ran card gave me my receipt looked at it and the 3 dollars was not taken off he asked his manger about it she came to window and said the only thing she could do was charge my card again which I know that is false she could have canceled the transaction and refund back to my card then redo with the coupon that I had so I just left because she was very rude about it also just to realize that they not only did not take the money off but I was missing my drinks went back and went into the building this time explaining about the drink situation also and manager again was very rude never again will I go there customer service was...
