Arby's — Restaurant in Tooele

5/2018 Went through the drive thru around 7 am on a Sunday and the place was pretty empty. Once we got home, we were all disappointed with the cold breakfast sandwiches they gave us. We ordered 5 breakfast croissant meals. Meat and eggs were cold, cheese never melted the slightest. Hash browns were ok though.

UPDATE 11/2018 Early morning drive thru, ordered a croissant with sausage, egg and cheese. Since they're known for being rock hard, I specifically asked her to make sure that its soft, not hard. Got my order and drove home... Hard as a rock croissant again. I'm done.

UPDATE 3/2019 First visit to Arby's in 4 months. We went around 6:30 on a Wednesday night. Couple cars in drive thru, 2 other tables inside so it wasn't busy. We chose the cleanest dirty table we could find to sit at. Husband ordered the fresh market sandwich and son ordered the Hakuna sandwich. They both had to eat with forks and knives because there was so much sauce on the sandwiches it was oozing everywhere and the sandwiches wouldn't stay even remotely together enough to eat. Glad I skipped out and didn't ordered anything. On a side note, the restaurant is starting to look really run down and is in desperate need...

This arbys in tooele is a strange place, sometimes they make really good food and on the other hand theres times like today where i find myself having ordered something that probably couldve or even should've been tossed out. I have a really mixed opinion about this because i like arbys as a company but i dont like the food i recieved today. Theres these big black pieces of either old or burnt meat all over my roast beef and even the meat that is actually roast beef looks like it was cut and prepped yesterday or even the day prior to that as its all brown and crusty on the edges with the middle looking okay enough to try and eat which if you thought the fries were any different im sorry to bring bad news as none of my fries were longer than 2 inches but thankfully they were covered in so much dust and grease of other fries that i dont recall asking for. like seriously did you just clean out your fryer and then hand me all the dirt you got in a cup? I didnt even finish my meal if that helps get my point across. Only thing that was fine was my coke but i would expect that for the most part considering a machine puts it in...

The dinning place was dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in a couple of days. There was fries on the floor and napkins. In the area behind the counter look unclean also. The stainless steel looked dirty also. They had plenty of employees all young and it wasn't that busy. Someone should have been cleaning .. but socializing with each other seemed more important.. I used to work on a hot truck. My truck was cleaner than that. Not to mention the windows were also dirty. It used to be a clean place to go and eat. Your employees need a good stern talking to about cleaning . And not socializing when there is work that needs to be done. I will not be eating inside again. And if I chose to eat there again I will go inside for a takeout order... But if it is as dirty as it was today I will turn around and walk out. You need a stronger manager so they know their...
