Taco Time — Restaurant in Tooele

I'm so tired of fast food restaurants messing up orders and forgetting to have all the items you've ordered. My order was missing food so we took the order. Our food was cold so I asked the order be replacedI wanted to sit down and have a family dinner. We were told there was nothing wrong with the rest of the order and they wouldn't replace the order. After going back and forth for 20 more minutes on the phone I was offered what I asked for in the beginning. I refused and asked for a refund after half of our order was cold and not even prepared correctly. I asked for higher up contact info and was told that they can only give me email addresses only. Which is fine if you want to wait for them resolve the issues. So I met the location manager. Discussion was outside in the snow. I'm just so tired of being ripped of by fast food restaurants. This was a large order missing two order's. My daughter checked the bags but it's hard to do with a large order multiple bags with cars behind her. I was told this is $ _ and if they replaced it it would be $ __. Well what about my money that was wasted!!! Sorry for such a long rant!!! Tired of be screwed over by fast food...

Worst experience ever! The moment we walked in the door I knew I was going to be horrible! The lady at the till was just awful, her attitude was hands down worst I've ever experienced. We ordered 3 HARD shell tacos without lettuce, I checked one shocker... Lettuce! Now i assume if you put lettuce on one of the three tacos we ordered you probably put it on all three. I take it back up to ask them to fix it very nicely and she was rude! They fix it I take it back to my table and my boyfriend attempts to eat the puddle of grease "HARD" but soft taco... Took it back and asked for a taco that wasn't softened for all the taco grease. And they just argued with him about it, I don't know would you want to eat a taco that you can pick up and squeeze the grease out like a sponge? I guess these people are okay with eating crap like this... We won't be back to this taco time. I can handle you putting onions in my food, shoot I can even handle you giving me a puddle of grease... But when you are rude and refuse to fix it and make it right... Why should I waste my time? I'd rather to go taco Bell where at least they will be nice when they...

ATTN OWNER: Whoever is opening your store is not doing so on-time. Not once, not twice but three times recently I have come at opening, sometimes even well after opening and there is either no one there or they ignore me (the employee that drives a Honda CR-V). It’s incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

We have found that the hamburgers here are actually some of the best in Tooele County. The only problem is getting the workers to actually make them! Two times we came at night and experienced problems. The first time we ordered 5 burgers (dine in) it took a few minutes for us to realize we were missing one. When we brought it to their attention the person working the grill about had a fit that he had to make another one. Another night we got there at 9pm, they close at 11pm, we tried to order two burgers and they said no. “Sorry, we already shut the grill down”. If you have something on your menu that is not a breakfast item, you should be able to make it during your open hours. Super...
