GUZZLE SODA SHACK — Local services in Tooele

I have loved Guzzle since they opened their location in Tooele. I stick to the drinks that are ones I like (brown cow, sugar plum, prickly pear and dirty dr pepper). I'm a creature of habit, when I found a drink I like I stick with it. But a few weeks ago I decided to branch out and let me tell you, it was so worth it. I tried a luscious lemon and later a just peachy ( even though the just peachy was on the kids menu). So yummy! The staff has always been super friendly, no attitudes or acting like me ordering drinks is a bother to them, so basically really good customer service. When I've tried to order the luscious lemon a week or two ago and whomever is helping me has informed me that they were out of lemonade and instead of saying no completely to me they were super sweet about telling me, no biggie. They're popular, I'm not shocked they had ran out. But down to it they offer great drinks, awesome combo options and great attitudes towards their customers. This establishment brings in creativity with regular soda. Having a plethora of flavored syrups you can count on a unique refreshing drink. The morning staff is friendly and courteous. I've noticed you must reiterate your order with the evening staff to ensure your drink you receive at the second window matches your order taken from the first. Be forewarned that if you order with no ice you will be charged for a cup of ice since they are "giving you more drink" opposed to when the cup contains ice. (Charge accordingly to the size cup you order) Make note that once your loyalty card is punched there is a set amount. If you go over you will have to pay. This is not a receive a free drink after 10 punches, but a credit towards your drink once the card is populated. An employee greeted us in a long line before we had the opportunity to review the menu and asked for our order. We informed her that we were unsure of what we wanted because we didn’t know what they had, that we would make a decision once we reviewed the menu. The employee nodded in understanding and said ok. We waited in a very long line and finally made it to the menu to make our decisions. After finally making it to the window a different employee asked us if we had ordered. We said that we had not yet. She informed us that they were closed 12 min prior to us trying to order at the window. We had been in line maybe 20-30 min. We asked about our wait and she told us the soda machine was turned off and slammed the window and promptly closed the blinds. That was my first trip in and will be my last.
