The service here today was HORRIBLE. I came in with my three friends today and was coldly greeted by the employee, an older lady who's name I think was Michelle. Immediately she is snarky with us when we begin to give our orders. I order a 6 inch BLT and ask for it on Artisan Italian bread, to which she annoyed asks if I want it toasted. When I am getting my vegetables and sauces put on I asked for lettuce and I kid you not a second later she annoyed asks "ANYTHING ELSE?" like give me a moment! And then I asked for mayonnaise and Honey Mustard on my sandwich and she puts one small drizzle of Mayonaise and then puts NORMAL MUSTARD. At this point I am already annoyed so I don't want to say anything else. I then proceed to ask for extra mayonnaise and she scoffed and then applied it very hastily. When I was checking out and went to get the meal deal and I went to get my cookies I asked for a double chocolate and a chocolate and she snarkly responded "Do you mean Chocolate Chip?" As a person who works in the food service industry this was completely unacceptable and disrespectful to the customer. I had never been so baffled in my time at any food establishment. After that when I went to check out with a subway gift card and she was like "Really?" since she had to apparently click something else in the system. The sandwich was mediocre and hastily put together and was incredibly rushed. My friend's sandwiches were also hastily put together and quote sloppy, I want to add we were the only ones in there. The service was atrocious and hasty and the employee, Michelle was incredibly rude to us, not even handing us our drink cups and us having to figure out which size it was. This is appalling and i hope that your employees stop treating people like this and learn to treat people with respect. My friends and I look young but we are all adults,...
Read moreOn 3/8/2024 around 8:35 we placed an online order for 2 footlong subs. We got there about 10 minutes later to pick it up, but it wasn't done. No big deal, except we were there for about 5 minutes before they even asked if we had an order. After they talked to us they said they would make our order, but continued to just make orders for the drive through. After being there for about 20 minutes they FINALLY started making our food. In the process of making our food, it was audibly obvious that they messed my sandwich up, so I expected them to remake it, but apparently they did not. After being there for a total of 25 minutes (35 minutes since the order was placed) they gave us our food and my sandwich was made very incorrectly, and both of our sandwiches were burnt in the toaster oven. The whole time we were there we had only really dealt with the kid with blue hair, who gave us an insane amount of attitude the whole time. Also there were 4 employees working, 2 of which were nowhere to be seen the whole time once we walked in. This should NOT have taken this long, ESPECIALLY when they didn’t even make the order right! I will not be returning to this location, and I would recommend for anybody to go to the location in...
Read moreThe food here is fine. It’s subway. It’s On par with any other subway.
Here’s where you might want to stay away.
The employee’s at this subway in particular are not careful about cross contamination. Some of them don’t change gloves between sandwiches. Some of them use the same knife to close every sandwich
I’m severely allergic to dairy. I’m anaphylactic if I have enough of it. Which means enough dairy ingested can make my throat close.
I went in today and explained to the lady at the counter my allergy. She seemed frankly, unconcerned. I explained that using the same knife from sandwich to sandwich is dangerous. She did not seem to care.
People sometimes ask me why I don’t just skip eating out if it’s such a big risk. I don’t feel like I should bar myself from enjoyment simply because other people are too incompetent to take simple precautions .
If an owner or anyone who runs restaurants see’s this, please train and teach your employee’s the importance of avoiding cross contamination. It’s so simple but...
