American Burgers — Restaurant in Tooele

I love all the food! Sucks some things super yummy aren't gluten free but for the most part the burgers are lettuce wrapped and the good lettuce too! Not that spikey hard to eat kind other places use. Shakes are not dairy free but worth it anyways, super tasty! 😋Love the double blueberry with cheesecake. I've also been kinda obsessed with the fries and fry sauce lately haha. The atmosphere is lovely, super friendly people there very good at their jobs! Especially Coltonn.. i gotta say he's the best most outgoing friendliest hard working employee I've ever seen! Even the first time i came, i was having a bad day and he still was nice and uppity, didn't let me cause his performance to drop even one bit. I am surprised really 🙀 I usually eat every bite! I say it as i see it, so this is saying something I'd say lol 😸😺 thanks! Honestly every time I've come to eat It's always positive experience even during a difficult day and I've never had such an incredible experience with a fast food restaurant before now, THANKS! 🤓 I keep eating faster than i can remember to take a picture of the delicious meals lol, maybe next time hahaha! Also if you started selling the fry sauce in an easy to use container, I'd start buying it.

Update : Jocelyn is 4 days new today and already seems pretty pro, a fun and kind personality she's doing great! Think she'll be a great addition to the American Burger team!...

I love this place. I drive out from pleasant grove, so a 55 min. Drive just to get my hands on their amazing food! Especially their jalapeño poppers, and burgers. BUT I give them 4 out of 5 stars BECAUSE there was a Middle East or Hispanic looking male (I think he was the owner) definitely NOT trying to discriminate when I say that. It just looked like his origins! HE WAS SO RUDE TO THE WORKERS in front of the customers, and when we first walked in we stood behind the counter and he had his back turned to us for a good 2 minutes before he turned around and said oh hello... (because his employees were so busy being watched like prey by him) HAHA. He then fiddled with the cash register for 3 minutes and rudely suggested a young employee there to "get over here, and help" he claimed it wasn't one of his duties so he didn't know how to work the register. We sat down and they brought out the YUMMY food. And as we watched he stormed through the kitchen, throwing his hands in the air, and being just so awkwardly rude. BUT I will go back, because their food is pretty darn good. The moral of the story the owner needs to be more aware of his customers and employees...

I love this place. It is probably my favorite burger place in Tooele. However, I am giving only three stars because EVERY TIME I get food here, my burger is always cold. Everything else is hot, never my burger. At first I thought it was because I was going through the drive through and my food was cooling off on the five minute drive home. But even when I dine in, my burger is cold. Not even room temp. Cold.

02/22/20 Cold burger again. Seems to be pretty consistent every time I go here. Whether it's dine-in or drive-through, my patty is always cold. Even with the drive home it shouldn't be this cold. Even with adding fresh produce, it shouldn't be this cold. Plus, my wife asked for no onions on her gyro. It was loaded with onions. The fries and shakes are great, but honestly for the price, it's not worth the hassle and disappointment. Who wants to return food and wait for a new order to be made, especially when you have to drive back across town and fight traffic? When I'm hungry, I'm ready to eat, not wait for food for a second time. Just do it right to begin with. I'll be going to Chubby's Diner...
