Taco Bell — Restaurant in Tooele

Doing the typical practices of most fast food joints in Tooele. Went there 2 days ago, with 2 hours to go before the KFC side closed. Was told they were out of original recipe and would be 20 minutes. They continued to tell this to the next several customers, some of whom simply walked out, all the while no one in the store making more chicken for the customers. There were more workers cleaning up the chicken side than actually preparing food. This was all in an effort to walk out the instant 10pm rolled around. What happened to meeting customer demand and serving your food until you actually close. By 830, they actually had no prepared chicken left and were only cleaning up the KFC side. What happens with the customers that come in for the next 1.5 hours wanting chicken?

I had this happen at McDonald's as well. Several time in the last few months, we have been told that the shake machine is not working whens we try to order. But it is close to end of dinner rush and they are actually cleaning it or cleaned it already and don't want to have to do it at the end of the night.

Seems Tooele has a rash of restaurants that are run by teenagers that don't give a darn about customer service, but rather just themselves and how little work they should have to do...

We won’t be coming here until they improve the cleanliness of their kitchen and dining areas and improve the quality (temperature and freshness) of their food. Walking in to the dining area, we have been hit with a wall of flies. Not once, but 3 different times we have been here. Our last visit there were ants all over the floor. Looking around at the floors in the kitchen and dining room, it looks like they haven’t been mopped in quite some time. There’s trash on the kitchen floors, old food on the floors of both areas. Even dining in, we have yet to get tacos with warm meat. KFC nuggets seem to be the only thing we get that seems to be freshly fried. The chalupa shells (over the last 5+ visits) are stale. Taco shells are a hit or miss with freshness but are always soggy from the meat, as though they’re made ahead quite some time ago and they don’t seem to be kept under a warmer or anything that keeps the temperature safe. Our last visit, on 9/26 at 8pm was our last and I was disgusted enough at the state of the place and quality of the food that I didn’t finish any of it, and we left swearing up and down that we...

I came here about a week ago with my partner because i’ve been craving some taco bell, i ordered a cravings box not knowing it wasn’t on the menu but it still rang up and i paid for it. the bigger guy working there (assuming he’s a manager) went up to the worker taking my order and yelled at him telling him to learn the menu when him as a manger should be teaching his employees how to take orders and learn the menu. the kid went and talk to him and they still made my cravings box which had nothing wrong with it but the manager guy threw our food on the counter and checked our receipt knowing we were standing right there and screamed my partners name when he knew it was our order. his demeanor was extremely rude and the amount of disrespect me and my partner got from that manager was unbelievable and horrible customer service. whoever that kid who took my order was, had a good attitude and he was very kind. i’m so sorry that you have a horrible manager treating you like that when all you’re doing is trying to make an...
