Ordered pick up this evening. When we got home our food was thrown together. The ketchup packets were stuck together with slime. There was a hard sliver of something in the meat. Which was almost green mixed with very slimey red meat in our sandwiches. The manager, Chelle, wouldn't listen to a word I was trying to say. She was so rude, wouldn't even let me explain what all was wrong. She cut me off and told me "all of the ketchup are like that. I don't know what's on them but you asked for them so I had to put them in there" and got nasty when I questioned how it is ok to send contaminated items out with FOOD" Stated verbatim "I don't want to hear it". Which, after hearing her complain about her job, how she hasn't had a day off, how she doesn't want to hear any complaints from anyone unless they've worked as many hours as her all for customers to hear I guess I shouldn'tbe surprisedat tthe customerservice I received. I will never return, not just because of the quality of the food but also because of the manager Chelle yelling at me and even hanging up on me! Eat at your own risk. They actually had an individual working the drive thru who had an attitude. Truly an experience to deal with him and his man bunn ( have to be careful with that reference because it appears to be part of what you have to have to work there)he needs to remember he filled out the application for the job. So instead I just walked in to place my order. Then I heard a customer ask for a request from the drive thru and everyone commented ( employee) about it in a negative way. Who led the pack? ? Read moreI'm so embarrassed I brag about these cookies all the time and they are truly some of the best cookies salted caramel chocolate chip cookies. The guy at the register said we'll make sure you have fresh cookies not the ones in the case. When I got home 5 min away.. they were burnt dried up chocolate chips that's how burnt the cookies were. I can't believe you actually served this to someone!!!! Very bad business!!!! Maybe 1 maybe but all 4.. Really none!!!!
