The worst customer service ever... Not so much the employee on this particular. Evening.. It was the instructions from the cheapskate owner. This nightmarish oredal took two hours out of my work eve.. Trying to get fresh chicken or a full refund.. When I placed my orders I asked for fresh fries for the first order. Mashed potatoes for the second. We ended up with 5 pieces. Went inside to place order on my evening lunch break. Drove back 1.5 miles back to wrk. Mean while eating the fries while hot. Got inside my co-worker ate a spoonful of mashed potatoes.. They mentioned the potatoes were not hot more like Room temp. So, We both took pieces of chicken out to bite they felt room temp more cool than hot and crispy, we bit into the chicken and it was gummy and cold. We ended up giving the one chicken leg Meat to the dog.. Meanwhile we were calling and calling.. At this point when they answered at 9:30pm they said they were closing and couldn't cook anymore chicken?😡 . so since we couldn't get any fresh chicken. We asked for a credit or a refund.. Mind you we had to suggest these solutions because they were basically telling us we were out of luck.. So we drove back with our receipt.. And since we ate some fries and took bites out of potatoes and chicken with one piece missing (the dog) the owner declined any credit or refund.. Since some of the food was missing... Smh. So when all said and done. We got charged a large fry out of our refund.. Never seen such pettiness and mistreatment to the customer .. We won't be back.. And I won't suggest anyone else either. Wasted lunch...
Read moreAs a worker there who’s currently working, come in… Monday’s-Saturday’s. Occasionally different workers but are great also. There’s always a rush & sometimes a wait on chicken because people order big meals so please understand we’re trying to give the best service we can. SOMETIMES we are out of white meat (Breast and Wings) cause the Company DOESN’T SEND ANY. Our Chicken has changed, so our wings are smaller and breast are bigger.
We have issues with our headsets & speakers so please be patient with us because it is hard to understand customers, and to hear us.
We always get complaints from the different shifts from Sunday’s and we apologize for that.
Also we DON’T carry honey or butter anymore!
Dinning is also open now! Occasionally if we are not short staffed or if the AC works. Without AC it’s hot inside. No public restrooms allowed. Lobby does close at 8pm or a little earlier.
If you’re wanting spicy chicken, come early in the afternoon or morning, because it’s only sold early. We only cook to order if you ask which takes 40 minutes.

Read moreI can't remember ever asking for my money back at any other restaurant. All we ordered was a chicken strip meal and extra biscuits. Nothing we ordered takes more than 5 minutes to make. Yet we waited 30 minutes for it. First we waited in the drive-thru for a few minutes waiting for someone to speak to us through the box, but that never happened. Eventually an employee came outside on his smoke break and told us it doesn't work. So we pulled forward to the window (which is on the opposite side of the building from the menu and ordering speaker). We waited there and still no one came to take our order. We had coupons so we were willing to go inside to order. Some lady ordered after us, bought $63 worth of food, so the employees thought they should fill her order before ours. Then they filled the next 3 orders after us too. After waiting for so long and trying so hard to just get some stinkin' chicken, we got our money back (with no apology or anything, they literally said nothing) and went to Popeyes. Went through their drive-thru and got our food in less than 4 minutes.
