Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Topeka

I think if you're used to going through the drive-thru all the time that you need to take your time and walk into this restaurant. Then decide if this is a place you would like to eat. The time of day that I went no one was in the dining area every table was dirty and the floor was oily and slick, extremely dirty. Fairly chaotic amongst the employees. I could see that a few of them were trying but there were more that were not trying. The fill yourself condiments were empty, napkin dispenser broken and clean napkins falling out. We went ahead and ordered and the food was okay. I would probably try this establishment again just to see if I possibly caught them at a bad time or is this the...

I almost never write reviews, but this was the exception. I have been to this particular store many times over the last several years. The workers have been consistently inattentive. I always get a senior discount on whatever I order. Today I was told by a very rude girl taking the order that they don't offer senior discounts on combos. Funny how I have always gotten them before. So I went to the north LJS and got the senior discount with no questions. The north store is so much better. I don't see how the store on Fairlawn is still open. Apparently the regional manager must ignore the stuff...

Ordered 3 chicken meals with fries and hush puppies through Door dash. They was out of hush puppies The waffle fries was old and like leather, couldn't eat them and there was only like 5 waffle fries most was broken and small pieces in the box anyways, and 3 pieces of chicken plus one very small piece, but very tender and juicy. We ordered corn instead of hush puppies and it was good.

We paid 48.56 for 6 pieces of Chicken, 9 pieces of waffle fries and 3 bowls corn. Rip off!, won't be ording from here again, or and Long John Silvers. Profit over your customers won't get...
