Pancho’s Mexican Food — Restaurant in Topeka

FOOD IS GROSS ! DO NOT EAT HERE ! , I only leave google reviews if something is really bad or really good , this location is nothing like the other ponchos . The first time I came here I got the grilled chicken burrito , for one they put lettuce in it SO much lettuce and the burrito isn’t even supposed to have lettuce in it , barely any chicken and the burrito was made extremely sloppy ! I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried them a second time a week later (today) I got the fiesta burrito and it was disgusting the ground beef in it was red and spicy , (says nothing about the ground beef being spicy) unsure of why it was red/pink also . I ate maybe 3 bites of the burrito before throwing it in the trash 10 minutes later I got the WORST stomach cramps . If I could give this place ZERO STARS I...

First time trying Panchos since it opened. Prices are a bit more expensive than I’m used to, but it’s mostly offset by how big the portions are. The quesadilla was huge and the burrito was the biggest burrito I’ve ever seen, at least 2 1/2 bigger than Taco Bell’s. Was told that they had diet Mountain Dew, but was handed regular, tasted it and could tell it was sugary, and asked if it was diet. Was told that it wasn’t, and that they don’t have it with no exchange offered. I know I’m making an unhealthy choice with the food I ordered, but my blood sugar/diabetes can’t tolerate regular soda well. But to an autistic that loves basic food, it was delicious with huge portion size. Might come back once in a blue moon and get a meal that’ll feed me for at least 2...

Guacamole was like soup! Just wet onions on top of wet avocados… Burrito was cold. Birria was bland and had hair in it. Also had to tell the guy at the drive thru “no queso” four times. A wasp almost flew into the car. I think they have a wasp nest on the building. Overall, I’m never going back. For once in my life, the food did not make me happy. Sad...
